酒店就像是動畫片裏，**變的精美房子，我家小朋友説這麼好看的地方半夜會不會變成**呀？哈哈哈哈
這個小地方竟然有這樣的酒店感覺很驚喜，但因為新裝修，還是有味道的……尤其不開空調的時候很明顯。我們住的是便宜的酒店後面的公寓，但是辦理入住和早餐都是在酒店這邊。
30元一位的早餐挺失望，不值。個人認為這裏更適合商務宴請或者公司團建……

一百元出頭 給你越級住宿體驗
到白山出差，在目的地附近住了這家酒店，價格非常實惠，當時還有點擔心會不會不好，一進房間還是有點驚訝的，房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，還有智能中控家居，衞生間也亮晶晶的，重點是花灑水壓很足，水流免密，很舒服，絕對加分項！
服務上，前台服務很熱情，酒店裡還有超市煙酒等等很方便。
樓下就有幾家飯店，對面還有好想來，總之非常方便。
之後在出差或者來玩肯定還會住這裏，低價越級體驗，推薦大家過來

之前送孩子去上學 四個人住的親子房 房間挺大的 個人覺得房間應該加一個小沙發 靠窗的位置挺空的但是住的很舒服 不擁擠 早餐種類還可以 都挺滿意的👍

房間新裝修的，比較新。被褥乾淨衞生，新換的，被套也剛使用不久，舒服。房間衞生基本無死角。水壓適中，用水舒暢。房間佈局緊湊合理，面積大小適中。唯一問題就是衞生間比較小，乾濕沒有分離。

The house was spacious enough for 11, although it would have been nice to have a microwave to heat food. Nice location but can be hard to find specific address for food delivery. Would stay again

選這個酒店的唯一原因就是可以幫忙訂票，而且離長白山入口近（但我沒想到能這麼近，估計100米不到吧，感覺走兩步路就能看見這個尖頂檢票口了）
往外出去別的景點確實有點不太方便，但是我們主要是為了上天池所以也還好。
房間環境比我想象的好，蠻乾淨的，和北坡藍景風格差不多
而且前台服務都很熱情，尤其是一個帶圓眼睛的姐姐真的儘可能在滿足我們的需求，我們沒帶暖寶寶，小店沒找到，還特意幫我們找同事找。

DDjuandaGood location (near Airport and Changbaishan West Ticket Center), clean room, and good facilities (heated swimming pool, gym, table tennis, pool table). The staff/manager Fly Liu is very attentive and provided excellent service and generous upgrade for our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

SSiew MunIt was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special.
The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay.
One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests.

JJJKOUDAYExcellent services and really nice location to the piste. The restaurant by far the best of the valley and the yoga course really good to improve your mood and your body after a ski sessio. . I really appreciate the staff who was considered and helpful with. Special mention pour David always available.

KKyle Euan RossThis is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts.
The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more.
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though.
Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used.
These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

LLet_EatA wonderful hotel with a very comfortable check-in experience. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the front desk service, provided by Liu Wei (刘薇), was exceptionally thoughtful. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was also diverse and satisfying. Highly recommended!

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
