Hotelnya hebat dan lokasi menarik perhatian kami, tetapi kakitangan tidak tahu apa yang berlaku pada hari mereka mendaftar masuk. Sekiranya kami pergi ke majlis perkahwinan pada pukul 1:00 tengah hari, kami memikirkan untuk berpakaian dan tersandung ketika kami tiba di hotel selepas jam 1:00, mereka memberitahu kami Biliknya sampai pukul 1.30, saya rasa mereka agak sibuk, saya tidak tahu adakah ini disebabkan kekurangan kakitangan atau sesuatu, semuanya baik-baik saja

리뷰에는 없어서 전혀 몰랐는데 저희 객실은 복층 구조였습니다. 물론 0층에는 복층이 아닌 객실도 있습니다. 복층 구조는 침실이 아래층에 욕실이 위층에 있습니다. 화장실 갈 때마다 씻을 때마다 계단을 오르내려야 하기 때문에 불편합니다. 짐이 많은 분들이나 다리가 약간이라도 불편한 분들은 이 부분을 반드시 참고해서 가셔야 합니다. 그 외 시설이나 서비스는 좋습니다. 특히 침대가 넓고 전체적으로 최신식으로 깨끗합니다. 그리고 직원도 매우 친절합니다.
트롭닷컴에 주차가 무료라고 나와 있어서 선택했는데 실제로는 3분 거리에 있는 주차장에 주차하고 정산하는 방식입니다. 이 부분도 참고하세요. 정보가 잘못되었기 때문에 트립닷컴에서 주차비를 보상해준다고 하네요. 트립닷컴 좋네요. ^^

Helpful and friendly front desk staff, great breakfasts with a nice outdoor fountain courtyard, nice plunge, decent size rooms, pool and rooftop to cool off durning the heat. Not far to walk to main areas for shops and restaurants but a bit far to walk to Triana and other key sights like the Alhambra and Plaza Espana. Take a taxi.

The hotel location is in the middle of town which can easily to access most sightseeing spot. The room so comfy make me feel like at home and the service is thoughtful. Every guest will have a welcome gift basket and cards. It’s value for money. I am very happy to come again to stay next time.

沒想到能是這家的首評，這家酒店真的不要太讚了！有藝術細胞，愛乾淨服務周到的沖！
圖全部是原圖直拍，不愧為設計榜排名酒店，真的太美了，連牆紙都喜歡到不行，光是酒店都能絕對出片，而且乾淨整潔，設備好用
服務方面非常貼心，進門小點心，每天都會有早安巧克力和水，所以細節感拉滿，我覺得這是我本次行程最滿意的酒店
一樓的客廳和餐廳也非常漂亮～總之，喜歡美感的來絕對沒錯
地理位置步行到塞維利亞皇宮大教堂都可，十幾分鍾，沿街非常好逛

PPengguna TetamuVery new hotel with a great rooftop pool and a small but effective gym. Rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, have a drink and soak up the sun. Unfortunately the service from hotel staff and housekeeping was mixed. We had 2 rooms, one was cleaned well, but the other was not. One room they replenished tea bags, changed towels and swept the floor. The other they did not and left the floor dirty. It was odd as the two rooms were next to each other. Attentiveness of reception staff was also mixed. Some were very responsive, others did not acknowledge hotel guests or were aloof and unhelpful.
Ultimately we had a good stay and enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the city centre. It was, however, disappointing that the service of some staff/some cleanliness aspects, did not match the cost of the hotel, which was as expensive as a 5 star; not value for money.

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

NNinidenini訂了二間房，一間給了電梯邊上，前台跟我説二間離得很近，結果上樓發現離得蠻遠的。到了四點左右，這間房居然就和呆在酒吧一模一樣，吵到無法呆在裏面！下樓讓女兒問前台晚上會不會吵到不能睡覺，前台裝不知道這情況。我親自上去板起面孔一本正經和她交涉，讓她去我房間看一下，我需要的是晚上能睡覺，不要酒吧一直到二三點，這時她又知道會有很響音樂和女高音了，告訴我9:30會結束，最後事實一直到10:30才結束音浪！

RR.A.UHotel que reserve por las buenas reseñas, pero realmente no se hace gala de un 4 estrellas. La habitacion que me toco en el primer piso hacia mucho ruido el AC. Era un triple para uso individual, las camas eran pequeñas. El hotel estaba a tope y probablemente no me toco una buena habitacion.
El hotel esta bien ubicado si estas de paso y cerca de la carretera norte de circunvalacion. De la zona ”bonita” esta muy alejado.
La habitacion no estaba del todo limpia y la ducha tenia muy poco caudal de agua.
Pero es mas que suficiente para una noche, pero el precio de 130 euros, es una exageracion para este tipo de hotel

Front desk staff meticulous care, patience and professional explanation of the surrounding attractions and food, hotel rooms are also a lot of free items, mineral water, soda water, a variety of drinks room is spacious, light transmittance is very good, clean, simply refreshing, bed is also very comfortable, the room is central air conditioning, is simply a palace level of enjoyment. Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! PpuffyCloudThe staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great!
The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient.
One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

沈沈高輝Originally I felt racial discrimination, but later I felt that it maybe a misunderstanding. Because the attitude and service were good with the same lady.
Advantages: a department store just in the opposite side, my wife bought the channel cosmetics for her old cosmetics almost been
gone with the same brand and the staff's service was very good when I requested tax-refund. A small supermarket just beside the hotel.
Disadvantage: it is very hard to park the car, we hadbto park far away from the hotel.
