Hotel terbaik di Singapura

Avevamo prenotato tre stanze doppie in questo hotel per 3 notti ed abbiamo scelto il pagamento anticipato senza la cancellazione gratuita. Purtroppo, a causa del coronavirus non siamo potuti partire e con nostra grande sorpresa l'hotel ci ha rimborsato l'intera cifra pagata . Volevo sottolineare e pubblicizzare la grande serietà ed onestà di questa struttura che non mancheremo di utilizzare durante il nostro prossimo viaggio e che ringraziamo vivamente.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities needed. They provide free parking and refillable drinking water.

Location is excellent! Jewel is just so convenient for food and entertainment! Definitely recommend for people who likes cozy room. 👍🏼

Lokasi agak jauh dari jalan dan memerlukan kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki. Hujan turun dan tiada tempat perlindungan berdekatan yang boleh membantu kami ke sana. Daftar masuk hanya dibenarkan pada jam 3 petang yang dijangka seperti yang dinyatakan di laman web. Kami diberi bilik di tingkat 3. Penyaman udara rosak di sepanjang koridor hotel di tingkat 3. Jadi anda boleh menjangkakan bahawa ia agak pengap apabila kami keluar dari lif. Bilik selesa dan saya benar-benar menikmati ambiennya. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat begitu banyak perkara yang rosak atau tidak berfungsi. Bidai di sebelah tidak berfungsi dan saya tidak dapat membukanya. Mentol lampu meletup tepat di siling. Penutup Palam Berbilang tercabut mendedahkan keseluruhan palam di bawahnya. Salah satu bidai tandas juga tidak berfungsi. TV tidak mempunyai rangkaian. Selangkah di tangga ke atas sudah goyah. Dipanggil untuk mendapatkan bantuan berkaitan isu tersebut terutamanya TV dan mereka menghabiskan masa yang agak lama untuk membetulkan sambungan. Perkhidmatan bilik untuk permintaan peralatan mandian telah dijawab dengan pantas. Kolam renang kecil dan hanya untuk berenang pusingan pendek. Gym pun kecil. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan kerana persekitaran bilik.

Location is perfect. It’s on the top of Outram Park station. Chinatown, Clarke Quay and Marina Bay is walkable distance. Being near Chinatown is a great plus for good food. Hotel has an open-air pool which is nice. It has a nice terrace aswell. Highly recommended. People at the hotel are very professional and friendly.

Hotel ini sangat fleksibel dan pada asasnya memenuhi semua keperluan. Kongsikan dengan rakan anda yang ingin datang dan menginap. Bangunan kedua sedang diubah suai. Jika anda sukakan ketenangan, anda boleh meminta hotel untuk tinggal di 1 atau 3 bangunan. Kami bertukar kepada 2 bangunan. Persekitaran masih sangat cantik, anda boleh berjalan ke taman.

Hotel is clean and many choice of food around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. will stay again..

Love everything about the room! Except we got a connecting room and soundproofing from the door was bad. Like that the bed faces the window so we could enjoy the view right from the comfort of the bed. Sofa is comfortable. Also love the bathroom! Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego Prego breakfast: good. Do go before 8am for lesser crowd

The location: very close to MRT Bencoolen, close to many minimarts, safe area not too busy not too quiet, Toast box is just opposite the hotel, in a walking distance for Fort canning and Singapore National Museum, I love the location! The hotel: very new, The A.C. is not clean enough but acceptable, the daily cleaning is not provided only every 3 days, in the toilet has shampoo, body wash, conditioner, Body towel and toilet paper. You can ask for shaver kit, tooth brush&tooth paste, slipper from the reception, has glasses and cups with water dispenser, The plug is universal socket. It has hair dryer in the room. I booked King room. I think it is nice for Singapore. The Hotel atmosphere is safe, it has hotel co-space for Coffee and tea, workspace. I didn’t try other facilities but seems so cool! The security is good, need to use the keycard to access Hotel area. On ground floor has cafe and bar. Not loud, very demure customers. My family feel impressed with the hotel and we might come back to stay again!

The location is great. There is a huge mall called ‘The Star’ with many restaurants and cafes. All kinds of food are available to satisfy your taste buds. Check out Dan’s Steaks while you can. They serve some very good steaks. Any steaks on the menu will be to your liking; guaranteed. Hotel is centrally located. It’s like 10-15mins drive to the shopping district of Orchard Road.
