Location was great (is located at foreigner area, many western food nearby, near to beach, convenient store just nearby). Local food and coffee cafe is about 1.5km away. Many nice Vietnam coffee and local food stores there. Room is ok for us - comfortable. Staffs service was good - at late night they get me extra floor towel / at restaurant they served us with different breakfast eggs.

The hotel is really comfortable, the location is great just 5min from the beach and with nice restaurants nearby. Staff are kind and welcoming, they even did our check in 2 hours previously. Nice breakfast as well. I recommended it :)

Decent room size for a solo traveler. AC was strong, wifi was fast. Near the beach. Outside the hotel, plenty of F&B outlets, massage centers

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sea Queen Hotel . Trang at reception was very friendly and so was all the staff. It was clean with a nice rooftop pool . Would recommend

I really like the roof top swimming pool offers where you can admire the city view and watching the plane takes off and landing. The hotel make full use if the available space to design the pool a L shape one. I am sure you will enjoy if you stay here

I booked Sea Queen hotel because it is near the airport plus I did not expect that it was indeed a very beautiful hotel with a friendly and approachable staffs. Although during our second day the airconditioned did not work well the staff immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a more spacious and a bigger bed this time. The menu during their breakfast were superb as well including authentic viet foodies. In general, I would come back to this hotel and stay during my entire holidays. Xin Chao Vietnam🥰🇻🇳🥰

Good location and nice hotel But when go for breakfast the staff are not friendly and they are not refill the food just looking their phone

They absolutely will not cancel your reservation, even with advance notice. Their “policies” require you to be ripped off instead. I was unable to come due to a visa issue. But they refused to cancel, and additionally would not change the date of my reservation as an alternate solution.  This is not the type of service I expect from using trip.com. Based on this I do not recommend them. I will actually be in the city later in the month, but will choose a different hotel based on this.

Hotel and service was good. Only I wanted to extend in the same room but could not . Had to take another room which I don’t really like . Not there fault as fully booked .

Staff has a language barrier, can't fully understand and communicate in English that causes some misunderstanding. Breakfast served ihas limited choice, it looked cheap. The location of hotel is good. We are able to view the fireworks from rooftop.

Good pool

I was upgraded to Family Suit, so nice but I wish they have iron on their room. Also I love their breakfast food.
