Ulasan Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

I stayed at the Hyatt Hotel for three nights and four days. This is a five-star property located beautifully by the beach, offering breathtaking natural surroundings. Despite our stay not being during the summer season and the weather being slightly cloudy, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. One of the standout experiences was the Sleepy Massage at the spa. It was exceptional—therapists tailored the massage to focus on areas with pain or tension, which was incredibly thoughtful and added great value to our stay. The hotel’s food offerings were impressive overall. However, there were notable service issues, particularly at the beachside restaurant. The time it took for orders to be delivered was excessively long—30 to 40 minutes for simple items like a smoothie or beer. On one occasion, after waiting 30 minutes for a coffee, we were informed it wasn’t available that day. These delays and miscommunications significantly impacted our experience. Another area needing improvement is staff communication. While the staff was kind and well-meaning, their English proficiency was insufficient, leading to frequent misunderstandings. This is an important area for a hotel of this caliber to address, especially given its international clientele. The rooms, at 42–43 square meters, were spacious and adequate. However, some furnishings, such as curtains and chairs, appeared worn and outdated. For a Hyatt property, this was disappointing. One policy-related issue stood out—staff adhered strictly to hotel rules without considering guest concerns or providing flexible solutions. For instance, instead of prioritizing guest comfort, policies seemed to take precedence, making the experience less relaxing and enjoyable than expected. Lastly, we dined at Le Petite, the hotel’s animation dining restaurant. While the concept was entertaining, the repetitive nature of the animations, applied universally to all menus, made it feel less engaging. Enhancing this experience with tailored or varied animations could elevate it significantly. In summary, while the location, massage services, and food quality met expectations, the service delays, outdated furnishings, language barriers, and inflexible policies detracted from the experience. With improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer a truly five-star stay. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

Great resort for family. Room is comfortable and view from the room is superb. Good spread of breakfast items and tasty. Enjoyed the coconut coffee so much. Great hospitality from Front Desk till Housekeeping in team. Would luv to be back if there is chance.

At the resort. We got upgrade with few more charges. Everything was good. But pool water was cold at December so we couldn’t swim.

The hotel is by the sea, with private beach and good view. Hotel internal view is like a beautiful garden, green all over bringing fresh vibe. Though rainy season, we still experienced a good trip here.

We had great time with family! Very good location and lots of fun for kids! Breakfast and dinners is fantastic. One bedroom with club access fit my family of 4 perfectly! Best beach in Da Nang

A nice hotel. Well equipped. Restaurants are really good. The best however is the pool and the direct beach. Both are amazing and absolutely stunning. Some areas of improvement: the rooms have a stone tile floor and no carpet at all. That makes them loud and not comfortable at all. The shower heads will benefit from a strong cleaning and mold removal. Otherwise - a great opportunity to stay!

We had a lovely stay for my birthday! The resort was huge and the amenities are all amazing! Would come back next time!

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall commitment to excellence at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. Very good for staycation

Anh Pham & Tram Le What a wonderful stay with lots of challenges. Stayed at a few Hyatt Regency around the world and I have to say that Hyatt Danang is the best one regarding its service!! 1.) Few hours before our departing flight to DaNang, we found out that one of the visas has problem. We contacted the hotel at mid night and Ms Anh Pham from customer service tried her best to help me get it solved. It was quickly resolved and my family was able to arrive on the same day. We are grateful for Ms Pham's help, it's a blessings that got her help. 2.) the service is superb. Everyone is very helpful at any given hours. We appreciate Ms Tram Le's help on moving the villa, arrangement on moving to our next hotel, and all the tentative care. Tuan at the concierge is also very helpful and caring, always asking if we need anything. 3. Location is best. 20 mins to everywhere. Airport, old town and yummy eateries. 4. Breakfast: the coffee drink and pho are best. Totally worth of paying the extra. 5. The le petit chef dinner experience is very memorable for my daughter and me. Lucky that we stay at the Hyatt as we have priority booking our seats during our stay.

Nice facilities. Restaurants are good and services are in high standard The beach is super nice. Room is a bit aged and the spa technician is not as nice as expected.
