Hotel Delhi dengan Kolam Renang

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

أشكر الطاقم الموجود في فندق كراون بلازا نيودلهي أوكلا. والشكر الجزيل لموظفان أثنان وهم SHASHI & NISHA. لقد زرت دول عربية ودول مت آسيا وشرق آسيا ، في حياتي الدراسية والسياحية والعملية ولم أقابل مثل هذان الموظفان في جميع الخصال طيبة وأخلاق عالية جداً وفي غاية الروعة ويتمتعان بإنجاز العمل ومريح وسلس للضيوف. الفندق قد يخسر وبقوة إذا خسر هاذان الموظفان..... كلمة صدق أقولها بكامل قواي العقلية....

Stepping to delhi after 23 yrs and staying at the leela was wonderful,and of course being the Leela,its all about luxury and 1st class..staffs were very polite and friendly,right from the concierge(AKILESH) right to the receptionist (ANMOL),all was so welcoming and loving towards my mother and me..keep up tye great work👍👍👍👍👍

Overall I liked this hotel, everything seemed well appointed, Breakfast was very good also. Only disapointment was upon arrival the hotel couldnt find my booking, but after a short while the problem was resolved.

Even though it was located away from the busy city center, i preferred that as that meant it was quieter. I loved that we were situated near to some beautiful monuments so the view out of the windows were great. Service was alright but I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the design of the lobby and the interior of the rooms were great!

Hotel staffs are really nice and always greets with smile. The best thing of this hotel is location. If you're planning to shop a lot, this is the perfect hotel. Another best thing is breakfast buffet, food choices vary from indian to europe. Everything was delicious.

The room is quite small but clean. The location is near shopping areas and airports. It's suitable for business traveler.

I had an exceptional breakfast experience at the K3 restaurant in JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi. Initially, I went to the breakfast area intending to have only fruits, given that it was my Ekadashi fasting day, a time when I abstain from consuming grains. However, in accordance with Vaishnava fasting traditions, I am permitted to have meals prepared with quinoa. To my pleasant surprise, Chef Sudheer Kumar approached me, eager to enhance my breakfast experience at JW Marriott. I shared with him that it was my Ekadashi fasting day and that I was only allowed to eat dishes prepared with quinoa. I then inquired if he could prepare 'Quinoa Upma' for me, a meal incorporating various vegetables, but devoid of any grains. Undeterred by my request, he assured me he would try to accommodate my dietary restriction and left to prepare my meal. Within ten minutes, he returned with a bowl of Quinoa Upma exuding a delightful aroma. The flavor was simply fabulous, far surpassing my expectations. I truly believe it was Lord Krishna's mercy ***ifesting through Chef Sudheer Kumar that made my day so special. This delightful experience was made possible by the dedicated service of Chef Sudheer Kumar and the attentive team at JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity. For the past one and a half years, I've been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Delhi, India, and each stay has been absolutely wonderful. Interestingly, I hail from Boston and, while I appreciate the services provided by the JW Marriott establishments in the United States, I believe the uniquely personalized service I received here today is unparalleled.

I had a really nice day and really enjoyed the room service, my only complaint if I were to have one is that they called me after every time I hit room service to see if the food was good. I really value being left alone and private in hotels, so it was a little annoying, but other than that, it was a perfect day, one of the best holidays inns the world..
