Hotel 2 Bintang di Edmundston

Fantastic breakfast - given that other reviews tend to lean hard on some random thing that happened at the breakfast, we did NOT have that experience. In fact, the wonderful man working the breakfast on July 5th even waited for my partner to make sure she had a full hot breakfast when she came in near the end of the section. Great sausages, pancakes, cereal, eggs--they really do care and it shows! The hot tub and sauna made the evenings very comfortable and relaxing, which is important in this town where few things are open past 9pm. Great cultural sites near by, including museums. This place is not walking distance from anything, but a very short drive. Front desk staff was super efficient and wonderful - I didn't know the make and model of my rental car, but one of the men at the desk had happened to watch me drive by and knew the exact year it was made! They made a Comfort Inn feel like a 5 star hotel. What a treat!

Endroit formidable à séjourner. J'y suis aller pour le travail. La réservation a été très simple et rapide. Service courtois et professionnel. Chambre ultra impeccable. Et que dire du lit douillet et confortable. Je suis souvent dans les hôtel pour affaire et je recommande à 200% Et en plus petit déjeuner continental inclus lors de mon séjour. Mais avec beaucoup de choix. Je reviens c'est certain!!! Bon séjour. FG

We stayed here for the final night of our vacation on the way home to Ottawa. It is a standard hotel and comfortable for a one night stay as you pass through. The lobby was nice with modern touches as well as free coffee. Room was good and clean. It did not have any carpet which was alittle challenging with a young child as there was a rolling chair at the desk. The beds were decent, pillows comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower area. Toilet area is quite small. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and starts early enough for people wanting to hit the road. Standard food, yogurt, cheese, eggs, cereal, toast, bagels and juice.

The hotel was very clean. You could tell it was old but well maintained. It was close to the Quebec border which was nice. I found it rather pricey. The room with tax was over $300 for one night. It was the most expensive that I stayed in on my vacation for the lowest star rating. The breakfast was okay with warm hard boiled eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, juices and yogurt. The staff mostly spoke French but could speak and understand English. There is no microwave in the room but there is one for use in the lobby.

Whenever I am driving from Nova Scotia to Montreal, I choose thee days inn in St Basile (Edmundston). Clean, friendly, close to highway, and the breakfast is truly outstanding. I have never had issue with this property and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Jedes jahr mache ich eine New Brunswick Rundreise und wenn ich von Embrun ont. komme und nach mehreren Stunden auf dem Trans Canada Highway,übernachte ich dort .Ebenso auf der Rückreise.die Zimmer sind gross und schön. Das Frühstück im anggeliederten Grill Resaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und kann je nach dem vom Zimmerfenster aus eingeshen werden.
