location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

A hotel staff name Steven who at concierge department is very helpful and kind. He helped me a lot and pls promote him to a better level.

訂的是套餐566元，首先點贊前台和餐廳員工，非常熱情，以前沒改名字之前住過一次，這次是致名字後訂的，重新裝修過，硬件，軟件都很好很舒服，缺點：部分還在裝修中，有點裝修味，而且有搬東西的聲音吵到晚上1點多早上7點半又開始吵，中央空調開最小也風聲也大聲，反正天冷就關了，但因為住對路邊夜深車的聲音也很吵，沒辦法睡得好，早上有四星中規中矩算豐富的早餐，但晚上自助餐，品種少還不夠早餐好，

Fantastically located in literal sight of the Ancestral Temple (Zumiao) and across the street from exit D of the Zumiao metro, this is a lovely business hotel, with coffee at beakfast (something of a rarity in smaller Chinese cities) and a noodle bar in addition to the usual buffet. Very good value for money, and the supermarket across the street is better supplied than the one in my hometown back in Europe.

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

We had a great stay. The service was 5 stars and most of the staff spoke English. We asked to change the room to a higher floor and a better view and the manager promptly responded. It’s a special hotel.

Best Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfect location. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast spread is too good. Special mention for Victoria, Guest Relations Manager who really took pains to make our stay memorable

Hotel ini terletak di sebelah persimpangan bandar Pengangkutan adalah mudah dan berhampiran dengan kereta api bawah tanah dan tempat tarikan terkenal Kuil Leluhur dan Lingnan Tiandi Sangkar di dalam bilik agak besar tetapi tidak ada tingkap najis disediakan sebagai pedal Persekitaran kebersihan adalah bersih.

This is the third stay for us at the hotel in the last 6 weeks and it feels just like coming home. For me the best part about this hotel is the sense of calm I feel as soon as I walk in the lobby, the quiet music, the soft scent in the air, plus the warm greetings from the staff. The room is spacious, well appointed and clean. The bed is comfortable with soft smooth linens and warm comforters. Every time we needed something, whether if it was for more bottles of water or adjusting the temperature control, it’s always attended to immediately. There’s a lot of varieties at the breakfast buffet, and the coffee is amongst the best I have ever had. We’ve been travelling around in Asia for the past few months and have stayed in quite a few hotels, and I can certainly call this hotel our home away from home. I think they have exceeded their goal of making our stay better and brighter, and I can surely recommend this hotel to everyone !!

晚上十點後入住的，有備註要無煙區，雖然房間無合適的了，但前台説給我提前在房間內做了無煙處理，進入房間確實沒其他不好的味道。有送歡迎水果。 訂的雙人和大床，雙人沒去看，但家裡人説雙人的衞浴比較小，住的大床房衞浴間是比較大，乾濕分離，孩子喜歡邊泡澡邊看電視，配置都很齊全。 就是浴缸比較深，進出無扶手，比較有安全隱患；吹風筒的風力不夠；穿鞋沒有鞋拔；網絡密碼要自己問，給的房卡或房內好像都沒有提及；泳池、健身房承包給了俱樂部，挺多人上課的，所以時間有限制，下課後才能使用。更衣室也比較簡易，説是恆温，水温感覺有點涼，遊一遊就好了，但泳池內好像無空調，出水就冷，還好在房間內換好泳衣，穿了浴衣或披浴巾過去，不然返程會冷到，不過池水確實挺乾淨的。 早餐種類不多，但喜歡的食物都有，味道也不錯。附近也有商場、麥當勞等。
