Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Teluk Green

My travel agent booked me into this facility because it promised airport shuttle, first floor room, and luggage assistance (agent specified I was an older, disabled traveler). It had NONE of those, though they did get an uber to the airport. I was traveling due to a family emergency and we had specifically requested hotel with shuttle so I would not have the stress of getting into a car with a total stranger and having to load, transport, and unload my own luggage. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The Tulsa, Oklahoma extended stay is great, so I was very disappointed with this one.

The front desk person was missing, and there weren't any bells to ring for service. we were waiting for over 10 minutes before a housekeeping staff came by and helped us. The check-in process was a pain, I'd pre-paid the 2 rooms online with trips.com, and the receptionist kept insisting that rooms were not paid and my credit card was declined. I had to pull up my emails with paid receipt and booking confirmation. The hotel still insisted that I call trips.com to allocate the funds to the hotel. I'd used trips.com booking the past 2 years traveling to Asia and never had any experience like this. It was an annoying and weird check-in process with Delta Hotel.

This is a hidden gem. Very clean and the staff very accommodating. It is located by several good restaurants that are walking distance. The small lounge had the nicest bartender. I wish I had gotten her name but we stayed there on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 if management sees this. My wife and I were very happy and will certainly be staying at this hotel again.

We stayed 9/27-9/29. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room included parking, which was awesome for a Packer game. (It was $20 if not staying at the hotel and they allowed tailgating in the parking lot, which still had plenty of room.) The room was clean and roomy, with a view of Lambeau. Easy and safe walking distance to Lambeau, Titletown and a few other restaurants around there. They had a large assortment for breakfast, including make your own waffles, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The breakfast server was efficient and went around at closing time asking if anyone needed anything else, before she closed down. We used points and they appreciated that we were Hilton Members. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
