Tilamnya sangat empuk dan tidak mempunyai sokongan, belakang saya sakit selepas tidur, yang mungkin berbeza dari orang ke orang. Kebersihan: Cukup baik, sederhana. We came back from Singapore to visit relatives and stayed at this Zengcheng Wanda Realm Hotel for the first time. Ms. June and Molly at the reception were very friendly and professional. Meanwhile, for the executive suite we originally booked, but we are very grateful to a lobby manager wearing glasses who helped us upgrade more higher level room and provided a series of services to make it more convenient for us. Thank you so much to all the service staff of this hotel for their patience and excellent service, they bring us the feelings just like we arrived the homeland!We stayed a total of 6 nights in two rooms. We booked separately through Singapore Trip. Unfortunately the breakfasts were ignored for two days, but the front desk manager of the hotel still provided us with a great dim sum breakfast, which was very warm. ! Through the wonderful vacation experience we will decide to book this hotel without any doubt when we come back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 從新加坡回來探親第一次入住這間增城萬達嘉華，前台阿June和Molly小姐非常友善和專業，還有我們原本預定的行政套房很感謝有一位戴眼鏡的大堂經理幫我們無償升級了房間並且提供一系列讓我們更加便利的服務，感謝這間酒店的所有服務人員的接待與優質服務讓我們有種賓至如歸之感！我們一共入住6晚x兩間房，是通過新加坡Trip分開來預定的，結果有兩日的早餐被忽略掉了，但酒店的前台經理還是依舊為我們提供了美好的的小點心早餐，非常溫馨！通過此次入住我們決定以後每次回來都會直接預定這家酒店👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang strategik, dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Stesen Kereta Api Timur Guangzhou, dan merupakan tempat yang tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan. Wanita perkhidmatan, Nicole, sentiasa menjawab semua soalan anda. Selain itu, restoran Cina di tingkat 5 juga sangat sesuai untuk majlis perniagaan. Rasanya enak dan memenuhi semua keperluan anda dalam satu perhentian.

Best stay ever in Guangzhou! Hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is very big and comfortable, however the pillow is a little soft to our liking but we still had a good rest! Hotel is just beside a few of the shopping malls making it very convenient to do shopping and have our meals, it’s also very near the local metro station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, definitely lived up to the 5 stars hotel standard.

We stayed here for 3d2n. The hotel is located conveniently next to a big new mall with many food options. There are also shops and restaurants around the area which could be easily accessible by foot. I love the 杀猪面. The Huangbian subway station is also right at the mall, which could take you directly to Yuexiu Park if you're into some sightseeing. Amenities and cleanliness is top-notch at Junluxe. We also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who helped us secure airport transfers to Baiyun Airport. It would've been a challenge doing this myself as the road in front of the hotel is closed due to construction that is completing next to it; and we had large number of luggages, plus travelling as a group of 5. It took 2 concierge staff to kindly move our luggages and directed the multiple taxis to the underground parking. We were very grateful and gladly tipped the young men. I will gladly return. Lokasi hotel adalah hebat iaitu bertentangan dengan Stesen Kereta Api Guangzhou dan 广州东站。Bertentangan adalah daerah beli-belah utama GZ dan sekitar banyak tempat makan. Hotel ini sepatutnya diberi penarafan 5 bintang tetapi ia lama walaupun diselenggara dengan baik. Namun satu-satunya kelemahan ialah sistem penghawa dingin tidak boleh diselaraskan kerana ia berpusat dan ia menjadi sangat sejuk pada waktu malam.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival. Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Thanks to a hotels manager Cyril who went beyond to make sure our stay is memorable. We enjoyed our time mostly because we felt everything hotel could help with they were happy to provide, reception stuff were great as well. Weather was not good, so we couldn’t enjoy outside facilities much, but we loved the indoor pool. Best hotel in Guangzhou, we went to Ritz afterwards and it’s not even close couldn’t be compared. So if you think to prolong your stay or try another hotel, don’t think twice 😂. It’s really the best. We will be back ❤️

Amazing place for those travelers who have fair nearby. Pool, big and confortable rooms, amazing bathroom/shower. Very polity and helpfull staff specially Miss Lucy. The windows view are great.
