Ulasan Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Pagoda Junting Design Hotel

Kami mempunyai perjalanan yang baik di Hangzhou. Penyambut tetamu sangat ramah dan membantu. Kami meminta mereka nasihat tentang tempat pelancongan, restoran, urutan, dll, dan mereka cuba membantu kami menempah. Terima kasih khas kepada LiZi. Lokasi agak baik.

Penyambut tetamu meja depan 小祝 sangat membantu dan responsif. Menghargai respons pantas mereka. Kami menginap selama 2 malam, dan malam pertama, kami perasan bahawa terdapat kesan pada bantal. Pagi keesokan harinya, kami memaklumkan kepada penyambut tetamu kerana membantu kami membenarkan tukang cuci menukar sarung bantal dan cadar juga. Yang menyedihkan, apabila kami pulang ke hotel, cadar sudah kemas tetapi hanya noda yang masih ada. Maknanya mereka tidak membantu kami menukar sarung bantal dan cadar. Kami juga perasan terdapat beberapa bau merokok di dalam tandas juga. Yang lain baik-baik saja. Terima kasih 小祝.

Ahli kakitangan 小鲍 sangat ramah dan membantu. Dia berusaha keras untuk membantu kami mendapatkan semula barang yang hilang! Akan tinggal di sini lagi :)

Bilik sangat bagus dan besar. Nilai untuk wang. Bilik adalah seperti gambar yang ditunjukkan. Saya suka bilik mandi yang mempunyai lantai yang agak tinggi. Suka gel mandian dan syampu mereka. Bau yang hebat dan berkelas. Perkhidmatan yang hebat. Mampu menghantar barangan membeli-belah dalam talian lebih awal daripada masa ke hotel. Mempunyai pusat membeli-belah berdekatan. Akan memilih hotel ini lagi jika kembali ke Hangzhou!!

Location is good with many amenities close by. Staff member ‘little cakes’ was very kind and helpful as were all the staff .

The room is very spacious, and with free mini bar too. The hotel staff is very friendly. When you order for food delivery, the cute hotel robot will send it to your room. The location is not too bad. Need to walk a bit to reach the nearest subway station. The breakfast standard , has fruits , chinese cuisines and western ham and eggs.

Great one. The room is clean, and big. The customer service is great, able to answer all the questions.

It was very good and clean, in the center of the city and easy to find local food. Also nice stuff desk.

Check in was a breeze and the reception staff are helpful and speak some English. I was able to extend my stay from two to three nights no problem. The room was bright, clean and spacious with a nice hot shower and robes, slippers ad toiletries all provided. The hotel is easy to find and is in a great location. Very close to Wulin Square Metro and a gentle 30 minute walk to the West Lake. I didn't take the breakfast option but there's a cafe with espresso machine that serves OK coffee. Theonly thing I missed was a safety deposit box in the room but apart from that, the Pagoda was great and I'd happily stay there again.

Visited HZ for a few days and stayed in this hotel. Amenities were sufficient for our trip and they upgraded our room for free as well! Overall is a good place to stay when coming to HZ.

I enjoyed my stay. Location is pretty convenient and all the staff provided excellent service. Rooms were comfortable as well. Thank you to Staff 小笼包 and the team for the pleasant stay.
