Front desk help was very helpful and courteous. This was the best part of our 1 night stay. 1. Broken glass on room floor, 2. The door latch was pulled out of the door frame, 3. The doorstop was broken and hanging off the wall, 4. Sink stopper was broken, 5. No trash cans outside the side entry doors. 6. a great deal of trash and food remains all over the grounds; not safe for dogs. 7. First floor hallway carpet was filthy, 8. Bed coverlet was stained, 9. Had to ask for a bar of hand soap, 10. Guest computer was out of service. 11. Breakfast - most cereal containers were empty, no bottled water, no fruit, no yogurt, only biscuits/gravy and make your own waffles.12. Strong chemical smells when entering building, first floor hallway and our room. 13. Both inside and outside requires major maintenance.
