Ideally located near the central station. Comfy beds, really strong water pressure in the shower and really helpful staff.

This is Ibis budget but charges Ibis price. Budget is next door. Staff are not friendly, however, not usually around anyway. There is no shampoo (hand and body wash is the shampoo I was told), no tea, coffee, kettle, safe or slippers. Location is good as well as breakfast.

Enjoyable stay, though the shower drain was very slow causing a bit of flooding and it's the first globally known hotel I've stayed in that charges for toiletries (40+ countries). I understand hotels only bring up requested toiletries which is good for saving the environment and costs, but with Ibis Budget right next door, it's a bit of a disappointment.

Excellent breakfast. Cosy decoration. On each floor, there is a water dispense machine with both hot, cold and soda water. It is convenient to the travelers. Good for health and to the environment. GREAT!

Everything was great: clean, breakfast . The location is perfect.

As expected from this hotel chain, a simple and no thrills hotel experience. The location is excellent as the main bus and train station are within 1 minute walking distance.

位置理想，火車站及巴士總站步行約5分鐘可達，酒店傍邊就是巴士站及電車站，坐304號到鹽礦或坐電車到辛特勒工廠由為方便，雖然住了4天但每天都是很早出發故沒有在酒店吃早餐，不知什麼水平，房間以宜必思的水平算大，有枱面及2人可坐的地方，不用坐牀，其餘的一如其他同品牌的只有毛巾及2只水杯，走廊有冷熱水機。

前台服務很不錯.位置近火車站及商場.鄰近有巴士站往景點.值得介紹給明友.走10分鐘到市中心.下次來波蘭克拉科夫定必會再預定

離老城很近，緊靠火車站，出行方便。酒店裝修風格現代，設施完備，很乾凈。

10-15 分鐘到巴士站，火車站,但酒店房間電熱水壺都沒有，想要飲熱水，要到下面餐廳自己攞.牙膏，牙刷也沒有 ，連USB充電位都沒有 不過價錢平 但有得選擇寧願比多少少住近火車站對面 附近沒有任何食肆餐廳,只有coffee shop開到晚上九時三十分.

很高cp值，離車站也很近
