Hotel 4 bintang Kyoto yang Popular

This hotel has wonderful costumer services and the employees speak many languages. Right up the street there is a 7/11 store for all your snack run, there are cafe and restaurant within walking distance. The Karasuma-Oike station is literally 3-5 minutes walk. The best part is the traveler’s store that is about a 10 min walk. I been wanting to go there and finally got to visit it. This store has stationary items such as notebooks that can have you record your journey.

Walaupun perkhidmatan dobi adalah percuma, tetamu harus ambil perhatian bahawa detergen tidak disediakan. Walaupun makanan ringan percuma tidak ada, kemudahan onsen yang luas dan suasana tenang mengimbangi pengawasan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, perlu dinyatakan bahawa waktu operasi onsen adalah agak terhad, ditutup pada pukul 11 ​​malam setiap malam, dengan hanya dua pengering rambut tersedia. Very near to Koyto station, only need 7 mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, malls, a supermarket in the station. Staff are nice and helpful. There is self laundry service inside the hotel. We shall visit again next time.

I defintely choose to come back this hotel. It is located at a peacful street even thought its the main str, many restaurants, convenience stores nearby. The hotel is clean, full of amenities, and they have public bath opens early morning till late nite. The room is bigger than i thought, but a tiny bathroom which is fine for us ~ :) Staffs are friendly . Thanks

The hotel location is superb! Just a short walk to Kyoto station about 2-3mins and it’s right beside the Avanti mall where you can access easily such as Donki to buy stuffs! Love the location and the view from my room is just across from the station. Room wise, it’s pretty decent size at 21sqm and we are able to open our big luggages well. Amenities are free for us to collect at the main lobby where you can take what you need.

Loved that there is eel rice for breakfast!! Unlimited and delicious!! The location of the hotel is the best! It’s located in the center of shopping area kyoto! The only downside is that there is no parking space so we need to park our car at the nearest coin park (around 5mins walk) and it costs us 3000¥ per car! The rooms is pretty well designed and its clean and well maintained There is a bathtub in the bathroom so we get to soak our feet at night after all the shopping!

Hotel is located opposite to Kyoto Station, very convenient. Though room is small, still have a desk, small single sofa and a small table. Space is enough for opening one big luggage suitcase only. Request to stay in upper floor, and hotel gives us the highest level, 9th floor. Room is clean and tidy. Slippers are the reusable ones. Breakfast is below standard, food variety is not much. Food is either cold or warm. Congee is placed on top of an electric stove, but at 50 degree Celsius only.

We really loved this hotel; it's the best we've stayed at in Japan. It excels in convenience, service, and cleanliness—surpassing even the 5-star hotel at Arima Onsen. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kyoto.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the aesthetic is very nice with a beautiful entrance and Japanese style rooms. The onsen is also lovely, a decent size and great to relax in after a day of walking around Kyoto. The basic room has everything you need although they are quite small. If you are travelling with large suitcases they will take up most of the spare space in the room. In terms of location the hotel is about 10min walk from the main station and 8min from the closest metro stop. There is a fantastic ramen shop on the same street which gets long queues but is definitely worth the wait. There is a ‘tourism tax’ which you have to pay upon arrival - about 7€ per person. Overall the hotel was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Location is great since it is right next to the metro station Shijo. However bear in mind that there is no direct elevator if you travel with large and heavy suitcases. Very clean and quiet room if you request in advance. However, reception can barely speak any English which causes misunderstandings... I tried to borrow an adapter and got turned away... Can't imagine that a hotel chain like this simply does not have any power adapter. Breakfast is very cheap, no buffet breakfast therefore I would suggest not to book any hotel breakfast. There is a washing room on 2nd floor can be used with coins. however my clothes not well cleaned since it is only 35min washing cycle. But can somehow meet needs if you would like to quickly wash your dirty laundry :)
