Hotel dengan WiFi di Linz

We were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment. Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason. Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.

This is a pretty soulless hotel. The room was fine and the bar was ok with nice views over the Danube. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Most of the tables were ”reserved” (who allows breakfast tables to be reserved?) and nearly all the empty ones were dirty - nothing cleared away from previous users. It wasn't that busy or late. We ended up sitting on bar stools at the back of the reataurant

Zentrale Lage im absoluter Innenstadtnähe. Bahnhof und Landestheater sind gut bzu Fuß erreichbar. Recht neues Hotel mit großzügigen und ruhigen Zimmern.

Excellent hotel in the southern part of the city center. My room was huge, in a corner with excellent views. Amenities include refrigerator, aircon, tee/coffee etc. Free fruit and candy in the reception. Supermarkets, tram, and central train station are close by. In terms of customer service, this hotel is a gem. As a member of Radisson Rewards, I usually get a room upgrade if available. This time, i did not, but when I asked in the reception, the receptionist explained that it was not available. However, on closer look, she could move reservations around, and I got a huge suite with view of the city and a welcome bottle of champagne. That's what I call going an extra mile in customer service. Fantastic. Very highly recommended from my side

Two night in this traditional hotel near Danube. Hotel is big, quite, clean but had some small things which is not OK from four stars hotel. First of all, room is big with all necessary but toilet haven't any ventilation, room without a/c /they have roof ventilator!/. Hotel is near highway to Praha, not so far from pedestrian zone in center. Big hotel, but small restaurant, and ONE coffee machine /5 min to bring coffee /! Really for four star hotel is unacceptable .Staff is very kind and ready to answer on your questions and help.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and facilities. Quirky decorations. Two minus points. The chairs in the bedrooms are uncomfortable, heavy and due to the design you keep bashing your toes against the legs. The rather open nature of the shower and toilet will not be to everyone’s taste. On my own it was fine. The music at breakfast was also interesting and not at all intrusive, over seven days we had Sade, Pearl Jam, Coldplay and others. I loved this. Just reiterate it was not intrusive.

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind alles andere als auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Bett besteht gefühlt lediglich aus einem Topper auf einem Brett. Für Personen, die harte Matratzen bevorzugen, sicherlich fein, ich habe allerdings kaum Schlaf gefunden. Auch der Rest des Zimmers ist zwar zweckmässig aber zugleich spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist klein und das in meinem Zimmer war nicht sonderlich gut gereinigt. Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar reichlich angeschlagen, es fehlten zudem auch Teile der Sockelleisten. Warum ich mich dennoch zur Vergabe von drei Punkten hinreissen lasse, liegt im Frühstück und dem öffentlich Bereich (Rezeption etc.) begründet. Hier wurde unlängst aufgerüstet und reichlich nette Atmosphäre geschaffen. Und das Frühstück stand qualitativ im krassen Gegensatz zu den Zimmern. Reichhaltig und variationsreich und für mich vollkommen unerwartet. Das hat mir gefallen. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diesbezüglich habe ich schon wesentlich teurere Hotel mit weitaus schlechterem Dienstleistungswillen besucht.

Nice and clean rooms for affordable price. Very tasty breakfast and nice seating by the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful Good location close to city centre Definitely recommend to my friends. Yvonne

Fiz uma reserva para a minha filha, que viajava sozinha, no hotel Goldener, em Linz, escolhido pela localização e boas avaliações. A reserva foi feita pelo booking e seria paga na hospedagem, a recepção disse que seria no check out. Na véspera da saída, minha filha, foi à recepção para efetuar o pagamento e qual foi a surpresa quando informaram que já haviam realizado o débito no cartão de garantia da reserva, o meu no caso, incluindo o valor da reserva e mais 150 euros por uma porta de banheiro supostamente danificada durante a estadia. Disseram que ao tomar banho alagou o banheiro (defeito do banheiro) e a porta estufou (má qualidade da porta) e que eles iriam cobrar o valor adicional como ressarcimento. Extremamente injusta a cobrança, eu paguei, não contestei o valor debitado no cartão, mas, manutenção é responsabilidade do estabelecimento e não dos hóspedes. Inacreditável que após visitar 18 países e hospedar-se em todos os tipos de hotéis, essa foi a única e inusitada vez que aconteceu uma atitude dessas.
