This is a very beautiful small hotel right next to the Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring amazing Matera. The reception staff is exceptional. The room was great with lights along the very tall ceiling. The breakfast room very nice with a large selection of items. We parked our car at their other property outside the old town and they picked us up with the hotel shuttle. It was easy and convenient. The hotel staff made many suggestions for sightseeing and dinner and arranged for a James Bond tour for us. The only downside was that the room was cold and the heating system was not able to warm it up. They told us the the ceiling being so hight the heat get to the ceiling and the room stays cold. The first night I froze all night but the second night I asked for a duvet and a space heater and it solved the problem. We didn't use the spa or the on-siite restaurant because we were too tired but it looked great. We would definitely return to this hotel if back in Matera.

Viaggiamo spesso ma un hotel 4 stelle in queste condizioni non c’era mai capitato… Pulizia scarsa e in alcuni punti del hotel inesistente. Sicurezza ancora di più se pensiamo che l’ingresso in piscina e il rientro in camera lo fai dalle scale di emergenza quindi qualsiasi persona può accedere anche alle camere perché le porte non sono allarmate… Ma è un habitué di questa struttura occupare il passaggio delle porte di emergenza(allego foto) Le camere hanno bagni rotti e sporchi infatti ne abbiamo cambiate 3 di stanze perché i bagni erano impresentabili e con pezzi di muro e sanitari staccati. La piscina con insetti e macchinari per la pulizia nell’acqua ma evidentemente non funzionante.. Ci sarebbe da recensire tanto altro ma vi consigliamo di scegliere magari di alloggiare in una zona più centrale con gli stessi soldi e trovare anche dei servizi in più. Allego foto

The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.

到前台沒有查到我們的房間，但是有訂單，所以可能是給我們升級房型了，麪積大了，但是在地下洞穴，很有特色的洞穴房間，但是我覺得住一晚就行了，有潮氣味，而且房間裏很暗，連續住會難受，早餐廳是17世紀教堂改造的，很有特色，酒店外風景很棒，但我們住的床上麪的牆往下掉土渣子，弄了一床，尤其是第二天早上之後，很感謝攜程，幫聯繫酒店，給我們退了幾百元作為補償，但是酒店的特色還是值得住一晚體驗一下的。

The hotel was recommended to us by friends. Unfortunately, in our travel plan, we planned for Matera 1 night. The whole of Matera and the hotel are unique. Friendly, helpful staff, from the parking lot in the center of the hotel. Everything was great. The rooms are super neat and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely come again

Siamo arrivati a Matera di domenica mattina e avremmo avuto seri problemi a posteggiare l'auto se il gestore del B&B e sua moglie non si fossero attivati per darci modo di lasciarla in uno spazio autorizzato e vicino alla struttura. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, il bagno completo di tutto il necessario. La posizione del B&B è tra le più vicine alla zona storica della città e abbiamo avuto modo di gustare la nostra visita concedendoci anche una breve pausa prima di cena per poter poi ammirare lo spettacolo dei Sassi illuminati . A colazione c'era ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati. Insomma un'esperienza più che soddisfacente.
