Very close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings).
Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel.
Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english.
Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them.
Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.
