Hotel Romantik di Shangri-La

Pros: Helpful owner which even drop us off at station and allow us to leave luggage at his other inn. Left stuff behind and they help to courier it to us. Herbal footpath soak was provided, including one time use plastic for the tub. Cute room, exactly same as trip photos. Could be cons for ppl who are afraid of dogs but the dogs were super friendly and cute, that came running to gate to welcome us. Help to heat up food that we brought. Breakfast was good. Cons Location whereby you need a car to get to. Only two restaurants deliver food there. And if you want order dinner from them, have to inform in advance. Wasn’t aware and did not order in advance but they had kindly allow to order hotpot (which honestly was abit pricey). So please prepare food before heading there. Will definitely go again if I were to go Shangrila as the only con was the location which is already stated on the listing.

The front desk staff are very friendly n helpful. The hotel lobby has the feel of ******* culture , nice & grand . The hotel is located in the ancient town, convenient to walk around to shops n many restaurants . The hotel help us to get their day off Driver to drive us around (a half day trip )with reasonal price . The room is clean n comfortable. with fresh fruits provided too . During night time. (9pm) The staff served the milk to the room too.

the staffs are very nice, they help me a lots. You can drink tea and communicate with others. Homestay have the guitar, you can play this and sing together. It also has the warm light to take a bath. I recommended this homestay. When i leave this homestay, they gave me a postcard.

Despite the lack of greenery or floral scenery, our stay at the antique independent “bungalow” was made special by the warm welcome and excellent service from the manager, staff, and especially our housekeeper, ZhangLei! He was consistently attentive and caring towards us throughout our stay. Zhanglei also went above and beyond by protecting us from potential scammers, demonstrating his commitment to our safety and comfort throughout our stay. 酒店位置很好就在北門，到龜山公園不遠，陽台風景十分不錯，有地下停車場但沒有電梯，田靜服務態度很好，會主動幫忙拿行李。性價比挺高，推薦

設施：基本設施都有。超暖和！有地暖和電熱毯，地暖開起來以後房間整個都挺暖的，不過要稍微等一會，體寒人福音。還有製氧機加濕器，不怕天氣幹了。有臟衣簍，洗衣機，烘乾機。 衞生：挺乾淨的，尤其是衞生間比一路上住的大部分民宿要好，提供一次性馬桶墊。廁紙不是那種一擦就爛的。 環境：位置很好，離大路和古城和公交站都是步行五分鐘距離，打車可以開到門口接。前台很大，有烤爐，有個小院子，二樓陽台可以看古城，夕陽，星空，有秋千和小凳子，可以泡茶喝。 服務：老闆人挺好的，有分寸感，送甜品讓女孩子送的。有什麼想玩的可以到前台問他會耐心回覆。 入住歡迎禮: 一個好看的特色裝飾品，零食，小甜品好喝好喝，很稠。 適合多住幾天，玩完回來喝點茶放放空。

It was a memorable NYE for me, had some drinks and chitchat with the other guests/staff by the fireplace, could see the fireworks and the view of Shangri-La old town from the 2nd floor. 阿英 was kind enough to upgrade me to the bigger room, provided an external heater as the floor heater would take some time, and sent our luggage to 北门. I wouldn’t mind climbing up some stairs but may not be ideal for some other people. Overall, I do love this place, it gave me the vibe of the mysterious Shangri-La.

Superb location, lovely staff, very clean, excellent service! The hotel is located inside the Dukezong Old Town with many tourist sites within walking distance. There is a free pick-up and drop-off service no no need to worry about arriving and leaving the hotel. The owner spoke English and the rest of the staff were also super kind! The hotel had many additional services that were helpful. 호텔 위치, 친절한 사장님과 직원들, 청결도, 서비스 모두 완벽했습니다! 미리 연락하면 공항이나 기차역으로 픽업을 와주셔서 편하게 갈 수 있어요. 호텔도 깔끔하고 위치도 두커종 안에 있어서 편합니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 투어 패키지도 있어서 먼 곳은 가격을 지불하고 갔다 왔는데 여사장님이 직접 가이드 해주셔서 편하게 잘 다녀왔어요! 조식은 매일 종류를 고를 수가 있었고 저녁에 일정을 마치고 돌아오면 과일이랑 야크 요거트까지 준비해주셨어요!! 여사장님이 영어가 가능하셔서 있는 동안 필요한 것은 위챗으로 연락했고 다른 직원들도 모두 엄청 친절했어요. 필요한 거는 물어보면 너무 잘 도와주셨어요! 덕분에 샹그릴라에서 너무 좋은 시간 보냈어요❤

Hotel Indigo has a spectacular bird eye view of the Shangrila town, the room has the view of the temple in the Dukezong Ancient Town. The hotel is very new and the staffs are super friendly, especially Cyrus Pan who did helped me a lot of some miscellaneous things though the stay just only 1 night. Room is clean and spacious. The restaurant served amazing food with much comfortable environment than restaurant in the ancient town. I can say a hotel must stay in Shangrila and definitely I would return if visit to Shangrila again.
