There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. The managers were very friendly. They greeted us with puer tea and a delicious bread. (The bread was so nice that I wanted to know its name) A staff led us to our room and explained about the facilities. After we came back from a walk, there were welcome soup and fruits in the room. The room is very clean, large and nice. We used the humidifier in the room as winter in Shangri-la is really dry. We used the oxygen supplier but it turned off for some reason during the night time and we couldn’t find out how to turn it on. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the Dukezong old town.
