PPengguna TetamuClean room, nice location, free car park (underground and outside) Not customer oriented staff, AC did not work in the room and after telling them 2 times no body did a thing about it. So we had to stay in a super hot room for 2 days. We had only 1 chair in the room, although we were 4. I had to request this 2 times only after they brought 2 more chairs. They did not refill our complimentary coffee/ tea. The worst thing is staff does not want to listen to you. After each request they give you short answers and just get over with you. In short words you dont feel like they care about you by in this hotel.

LlymaA cot was so nicely arranged already in our room without any request, that was a nice touch and appreciated. The room is spacious, even with King sized bed + a baby cot there is still a lot of room. Spacious bathrooms. Appreciated the no single use plastic bottle in both bathrooms and in-room water.
Only wish was, there was charging next to the bed.
Location is spot on! And staff was very nice to us, thank you for a nice stay.

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family.
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

PPengguna TetamuThe Central City - Luxury ApartHotel (CCLA) was AWESOME! Our apartment was very large, clean, and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our apartment overlooked a very lovely garden behind the building. Although we were in the city, it felt as though we were in the suburbs. I have saved the best for last. My wife and I travel the entire world on a full-time basis. Wherever we are at the time is our ”home”. Because of this, the quality of the apartment staff (or hotels on the rare occasion we are in a hotel) is paramount to us. We had one of the best experiences with the property manager at CCLA Luxembourg that we have had anywhere in the world. I am referring to Jerome who was the property manager during our time at CCLA. He was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very kind, and wanted to ensure our apartment was comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was an EXCELLENT representative of the CCLA Luxembourg and we enjoyed chatting with him each day during our stay at CCLA!

Camere spaziose, pulite e luminose. unico neo è il bagno senza finestra. Molto buona la colazione incentrata principalmente sulle portate continentali. Un po' scarsa la parte di colazione dolce.
Ottimo prezzo, anche contenuto considerato il posto e la media degli altri hotel.
Consigliato.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaClean comfortable room. Easy check in. Breakfast was continental in style and better than expected. Coffee, teas, cereals, fruits, pastries, bread, hams and cheeses. Very close to the train station and a short walk to the main part of the city to explore as a tourist.

We arrived late one night and left early the next morning, so did not notice a lot of things previously mentioned, like no coffee or tea, water etc. In saying that, our beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were new, plush and big - definitely a change from the norm. The rooms and bathroom were funky, with quality fixtures and fittings - we liked the design a lot, although it was a little dim lighting wise. We ate dinner and breakfast there as did not have time to explore Luxembourg at all. Both meals were very good - would definitely eat there again. Check in was slow and staff (in particular the female) had a bit of attitude! It was the most expensive place we stayed in our 4 weeks in Europe - but it's Luxembourg I guess.

GGerald PWhile it is a bit of a walk from the nearest tram station, the room was amazing. As a well designed physical space 10/10, interior design 10/10. Refrigerator and beautiful mid 20th century design red chairs were a visual knockout. The wall next to the bed had a panel that had to have been a hand painted “mural”, from floor to the ceiling a gentle blue gradation that was a joy to experience from the super comfy bed. I would definitely book a room the next time I visit Luxembourg City.
