Manager Sarvar supervised and kept in touch before our arrival at the apartment, answering all my questions. And after checking in he asked about our impressions. At the reception, the hotel boss, Danior, kindly organized our check-in. I also noticed the level of service when other guests checked in. Hotel guests were competently served in Uzbek, Russian and English. I would also like to express my gratitude to Muhammad and Bunyod at the reception for their ability to greet guests and take care of their comfort. They greeted us very warmly. We were treated to snacks and drinks. The appearance and uniform of the employees is top notch. Nice to look at. The bed and towels are clean. There are no complaints about the cleaning, everything is clean. Very beautiful, cozy, tastefully decorated apartment. The kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. I was surprised by the variety of teas and nuts. You can feel the hospitality of the sunny east. In the restaurant, all the plates and cutlery were sparkling clean. Thanks to the chef. The waiters immediately removed dirty dishes after guests. Thanks to your hotel staff, our holiday in sunny Tashkent became even more pleasant and memorable. We will definitely come back to you. You are beautiful!
