It was good experience to stay this hotel as it was near to bus stand it’s convenient to travel to tirumala as well as kalahasti. I do recommend this hotel for stay. Managers & helpers were too good.

Hotel's location was good. It was near to bus stand. Hotel service was good. But check in and check out timings was not convenient. For a stay of 12 hours i had to book hotel for two days as the check in time starts from 12 pm. If you are checking in at 5am then you have to book room from previous day

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property is at prime location. We can travel at any place from this property by public as well as private vehical. But slightly maintenance required at some extend.

Staff are well cop-orate and neat & clean well behavior comfort that during staying hotel thank you. No thanks. Ok

The services provided by the residency was good. The service *** in the hotel were too helpful. Very near to the railway station, better to go from backside, we will get there in 2 mins. Nearby restaurants are not that good. Better ask the residency service *** to buy the food, it is somewhat ok

as per the price room was not upto the mark, costly bit as per the room. room was not clean , bedsheets were also not cleaned. ac remote was not working and it was at 19 °c always so we couldn't change the temperature. room was so chilled so we have to off the ac, though we have taken ac room but it was no use for us.washroom handshower was not proper, water leakage. room number was 402 for your reference.

All over the experience was good. Once must visit highly recommended services as well is pretty nice.

Location 1. Prime central location, you can walk to bus stand to get bus for tirupati. 2. Many food joints available. 3. Railway station 10 min taxi drive hygiene 1. Not bad but not that good that you admire. 2. Basic rooms safety 1. Good
