Hotel Xi＇an dengan Kolam Renang

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

I love this hotel, the staff were super nice they even gave me some souvenirs when I check out, help me load my very heavy luggage to the taxi, the house keeper also super nice I ask for some extra tea once but they gave multiple time and very considerate too, I take a tissue box from the bathroom since I didn't see any tissue on the working table and the next they they put another tissue on the working table for me😆 , the only downside that I feel is that they don't have food delivery robot that can deliver food right to your room, they have the ** food cabinet but unfortunately when I use they they didn't work for me since I don't have local phone number so I'm not able to retrieve my food, the front desk try to help me by calling the customer service but no luck. Other than the robot food thing oh and the metro also a bit far, this Hilton Hotel a pretty good place to stay

Apabila saya mendaftar masuk, saya diberitahu bahawa lantai bilik yang saya tempah pada asalnya tidak begitu baik, dan mereka menaik taraf saya kepada bilik. Ia adalah penginapan yang sempurna. Di samping kebersihan dan lokasi, saya biasanya melihat dua aspek apabila memilih hotel: kekayaan bufet sarapan pagi, dan saiz kolam renang. Seperti yang berlaku, yang ini sesuai untuk mereka semua. Pengalaman penginapan yang sangat selesa, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi pada masa akan datang.

酒店環境衞生乾淨，服務很好，特別是田美蓉態度非常熱情，位置也很不錯，地鐵站公交站都在門口，出行很方便

Didn’t have opportunities to dining in at the hotel itself, since there are so many local food choices, but can definitely say that their customer services are among the top notches. Smooth check-in/out, free laundry amenities, conveniently located in the heart of Xi’an (Bell Tower area), which makes it easy to reach pretty much everywhere in and around Xi’an. Really appreciated Ningning’s help towards our laundry need! Believe me, laundry is equally an important part of our journey during our stay in China, since we were traveling during the summer time. Overall, it is a good lodging venue!

這次入住貴酒店真的非常滿意，尤其要特別表揚前台小張，應該是剛來的新人，但從踏入酒店的那一刻起，他的熱情和專業就讓人倍感温暖。辦理入住時高效又細緻，不僅主動介紹了酒店的特色服務，還貼心提醒了周邊景點和交通路線。我行李較多，他二話不説幫忙搬運到房間，全程微笑服務，細節之處盡顯用心！

團購買的券，比在店裡直接消費划算多了呀，讓我覺得物超所值！這個店還挺隱蔽的，看起來非常高大上，提前預訂到了不錯的位置，總體體驗非常nice體驗非常好，價格公道，下次還會再來的.^◡^.這家店其實最讓我驚喜的是服務，雖然是遇到點小問題，但是工作人員一直道歉並幫忙解決，真的是客户至上啊

Saya telah menginap di hotel yang paling memuaskan di Xi'an. Tempat yang saya tinggal sebelum ini benar-benar lebih wangi daripada w. Perkhidmatan ini terletak beberapa blok jauhnya. Bagi mereka yang membawa bayi keluar, mereka membantu kami menaik taraf suite secara percuma dan menyediakan hadiah kecil untuk kanak-kanak. Doudou The Beauty telah menempah tempat duduk untuk kami untuk sarapan pagi, dan memberikan bayi itu sebuah anak patung. Pengalaman penuh, dan inilah tempat untuk pergi ke Xi'an pada masa hadapan.

Xi'an Jinjiang International Hotel terletak di persimpangan Sungai Chan dan Sungai Ba, dengan lokasi geografi yang baik dan persekitaran yang indah. Petugas kaunter penerimaan tetamu Zheng Dandan penuh perhatian dalam perkhidmatannya dan tidak terlalu banyak bercakap Pengurus lobi Zou Jiawen memperkenalkan persekitaran sekitar hotel, yang patut dipuji. Sorotan: Tuala panas percuma disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, yang sangat panas pada musim sejuk.
