(2020 - 2023) As Africa’s leading and largest gender-lens private equity fund in AUM, we’re proud to report that we have invested over $45.4 million in 11 portfolio companies, a 1582% increase in deployed capital since 2020.   📊 Other Key Highlights include:   ·     Created nearly 2,000 jobs, with 55% going to women ·     Supported businesses across Africa to expand access to essential goods and services for underserved communities ·     73% women-owned portfolio companies, with 54% female board representation   Through our investments, we showcase the transformative potential of women-led and gender-diverse teams in pioneering solutions to solving social and commercial challenges faced by majority of Africans.   In addition to advancing gender equality, we remain steadfast in championing climate resilience and digital transformation to build inclusive economies.   We see and understand that financial returns and social impact can and should go hand in hand.
