The company is duly registered under Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission with the name ‘Cardtonic Trading Services’ which was later changed to ‘Cardtonic Technologies LTD’ and RC Number 1726374. THE PROBLEM STATEMENT: A lot of individuals used to be discouraged when it comes to getting digital assets due to the difficulty in exchanging it for cash. In 2016, we had a chat with Mr. Kolawole. He said he had a gift card but he spent weeks looking around for how he could turn this into cash since he could not use it directly. Mr. Kolawole and many more individuals were having this problem.
