Understand pastry and savory production b. have the Knowledge of applicable legislation, as well as policies and procedures in the food industry c. can demonstrate knowledge of Health and Food Safety d. possess Knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Cost Objectives 4. Risk Manager with 4-5 years of experience having a. Knowledge of legislation, its changes, and developments as they affect the Food Industry b. Knowledge of Fundamentals of Accounting c. Knowledge of Risk & Compliance standards or processes d. Knowledge of legal standards and in-house policies e.
