This year, I focused on creating initiatives that fostered a positive work culture and drove key business outcomes such as increased employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. Here’s a look back at some highlights: 🌱 Fostering Wellbeing and Engagement - Launched "Tribe Spotlight" and "My Kuda Story" to recognize achievements and inspire growth within the tribe, leading to a noticeable boost in morale and a stronger sense of purpose among tribe members. - Promoted a healthy workforce by partnering with Goalr a wellness app, aligning employee wellbeing with enhanced productivity and service excellence. 💡 Enhancing Culture and Collaboration - Introduced a weekly Friday Brain Teaser session, fostering team bonding, critical thinking, and a spirit of healthy competition. - Celebrated International Women’s Day, inspiring future female leaders while reinforcing our commitment to diversity and inclusivity. - Organized World Earth Day and Sickle Cell Awareness Month, creating a culture of learning and social responsibility that resonates with Kuda values. ⚽ Driving Innovation and Team Bonding - Played a key role in the planning of the first Kuda inter-departmental football competition in celebration of Kuda @ 5, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a spirit of healthy competition. - Championed team bonding activities across all departments, strengthening collaboration and building a more cohesive workforce. 🙌 Elevating Employee Experience and Recognition - Spearheaded Employee Appreciation Day, engaging over 500 tribe members and leaving a lasting positive impression on workplace culture. - Designed thoughtful and personalized celebrations for International Men’s Day, further strengthening employee connection and satisfaction. - Spotlighted as the HR person during International HR Day, a recognition that reflects the impact of my contributions toward fostering a positive and engaged workforce. - Honored as Best Employee of the Month in August, a testament to my dedication and alignment with organizational goals. 🎓 Personal Growth - Achieved my HR Global Certification (SPHRi), marking a significant milestone in my professional journey. - Began my MBA degree, taking another step toward broadening my leadership and business acumen. These initiatives significantly increased employee employee satisfaction and engagement, creating a positive, purpose driven work culture. I must express my heartfelt gratitude to my manager, Rachael Olubusola Odusami, for her unwavering support and encouragement, which played a pivotal role in achieving these milestones.
