As the world celebrates AMR Awareness Week, I will like to reflect on this graphical abstract by my team and I during our tenure at the HackBio internship. We used BioRender to design this beautiful graphical abstract. Our project considered bacteria isolates from Acute Myeloid Leukemia patients. This graphical abstract illustrates the need to pay critical attention to AMR as it can be very detrimental to us especially people living with cancer. I just finished the HackBio internship, and it was an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds, and it was both challenging and rewarding. I learned a lot, gained valuable knowledge, and met so many passionate individuals. I even had the chance to take on a leadership role, which helped me grow personally and professionally. I’m grateful to everyone who was part of this journey, and I’m proud to have received my certificate. While I'm sad to see it end, I’m excited to stay connected with everyone I meet.
