The Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes. They will also need to regularly complete analytical tasks and manage day-to-day purchasing tasks.  Qualifications   Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large amounts of data. Operational capabilities to follow up on other staff members and ensure they do their jobs and meet deadlines. Experience with procurement and purchase order management. Ability to negotiate contracts fairly and equitably. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to meet demanding deadlines. OND or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
