Anchored by the Commissioning and Start-Up Units department, the workshop focused on systemizing complex engineering projects into smaller, simpler, and more manageable units. Using examples like Dangote Refinery, where production systems were rolled out sequentially (fertilizer, then diesel, and others), facilitators emphasized the importance of addressing projects component by component. For our HA project, this involves breaking down platforms—WHP, PP, and AP—into functional units, each with a structured tagging system to streamline operations. This strategic approach ensures smoother execution, focused attention on deliverables, and an efficient roll-up to project completion.
