I am so happy to announce that I made it into the Heels and Tech X Helpmum’s Femtech Incubator Program! 🎉 by Heels and Tech Bisola Alabi HelpMum Africa Dr. Abiodun Adereni. An opportunity shared with me through Victor Ogunniran's passion to see impactful projects birth solutions. Thank you sir. Big thanks to Christian Idiodi and Rebecca King whose shared passion with Eleni Lialiamou to see women empowered made the opportunity to get into Kimolian Academy available. Thanks also to Esther Isifeh for sharing the application with me. As a Registered Nurse-Midwife who loves women’s health, my time at Kimolian Academy was amazing. The training and continuous mentorship from our principal coach Eleni Lialiamou and the support from Kimolian Innovations community was awesome. I am so thankful. When I was at Kimolian Academy  for my product management course, I applied for the Femtech Incubator Program because I want to create solutions for women’s health. This incubator program is the right space to bring my ideas to life and support women’s health in new ways. I had a great time at Africa's Largest Tech Product Conference , the Inspire Africa Conference, organised by the Silicon Valley Product Group, in Lagos, Nigeria. Thanks for the invite, Kristin H. Wilson. It was a pleasure to be invited to the Founder's Townhall, hosted by Innovate Africa Fund. It was also great to learn about the impressive solutions developed across Africa from other founders and executives. In my conversations, I reiterated the need for more encouragement in the localised development of hardware tech products and had discussions on the future of Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions, and how we're making it happen globally at StareNow. I also had conversations around working with consultants as a startup founder because nothing wears an idea out faster than its figurability, especially at the early stages. Working with consultants who already have expertise and niched experiences help to achieve scale faster. As a founder of multiple ventures and the Lead Consultant at DecisionSpaak Technologies, where we work with startups and larger organisations to innovate and ultimately boost their data-driven decision-making capabilities, I have seen startups and founders struggle less, achieving better and faster outcomes due to such distillation approach.
