The LAWSA 2024 Presidential Committees. In an attempt to make the government "of the people", LAWSA UNEC has decided to make good use of the skills and expertise of volunteers who are law students in an attempt to facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration as well as prepare them for the professional aspect of their lives. Dear Prospective employee, mark these names and make sure to give them priority while interviewing. They will be very helpful for the growth of your organization.

LAWSA UNEC recognizes a person of her own. Chukwuebuka Praise Onwe, a 200 level student of LAWSA UNEC 2023/2024 Academic Session has accomplished great feats despite the odds. We use this opportunity to appreciate the efforts of the LAWSA Opportunity Hub for their consistent efforts in making internship and scholarship opportunities available for LAWSA UNEC students.

Man is made not to live alone. He is made to interact with others. To help and be helped. To inspire and be inspired. Here's to LAWSA Care Initiative, created to help indigent Law Students afford the exponentially rising cost of living and their successful graduation. We hope that they do well in this endeavor, and of course with the help of our fellow humans in and out of LAWSA UNEC.

We celebrate you, Victor!
This past weekend was invaluable for the LAW STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION, UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA, NSUKKA (LAWSA UNN). We are excited to announce the successful conclusion of our webinar, "THE FUTURE LAWYER: A PATHWAY FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT IN LAW", which ended on June 16, 2024. Ijeoma Joshua, BL, LLM, CIPP/US , graciously led us through "EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PERSONAL BRANDING." In today's legal landscape, effective communication and personal branding are more crucial than ever. Miss Ijeoma highlighted the essential link between personal branding and delivering value. Building a professional brand must involve tangible value for your audience, she stressed. During the session, Miss Ijeoma shared valuable insights, including the importance of avoiding unnecessary online conflicts to maintain a professional brand. Her guidance on navigating the complexities of personal branding in the legal world was truly enlightening. Thank you to everyone who participated in this insightful webinar. Is the commitment of the association to bring more valuable opportunities to the students community. #TheFutureLawyer
