Fridays at Mita School are always unique since they are dedicated to leadership development, creativity, and growth. These assessments focus on the vision, execution, and delivery in addition to the code. Our students were expected to take complete responsibility for their work, pitch their projects, and boldly present their ideas to a group of their peers, including our backend students. This procedure is intended to mimic real-world situations in which the ability to solve problems, think clearly, and communicate effectively is just as crucial as technical proficiency. At Mita School, we believe that creating excellent code is just the first step. The ability to solve issues, analyze critically, and distinguish oneself as a leader in a cutthroat field are essential for true success in the tech sector.
