  • This might be the number one mindset shift you need to achieve your financial goals this year. Do you see money as a tool, or a master? As a means or a purpose? Money is only a means to an end not an end in itself. With this understanding, you will be able to set appropriate goals and focus on fulfillment instead of the vague chase of "more money" There will always be more money to chase - what matters is the experiences, and the life you are building with that money. Money is a tool and you, as the driver, should define its purpose. #wealthcreation #financialfreedomjourney #moneynuggets

  • 2025 has started, and there's no perfect time than now to reset your financial habits. If financial stability and growth are on your vision board, these habits will guide you to success: 1. Say No to FOMO Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) can be a budget buster. Whether it's the latest gadget or a trending vacation spot, ask yourself: Do I really need this? Prioritize long-term financial goals over short-term gratification. Assuredly, the trend will pass, but your savings will grow. 2. Master the Art of Budgeting A proper budget is your roadmap to financial freedom. Know exactly where your money is going every month. Use the 50/30/20 rule—allocate 50% for needs, 30% for wants, and 20% for savings and investments. You can be flexible, but be wise. 3. Avoid Impulse Purchases Impulse buying often feels good at the moment but can leave a dent in your wallet. Create a 24-hour rule—if you see something you want, wait a day before deciding to buy it. Chances are, you’ll realize you don’t need it after all. 4. Invest in Yourself The more you learn, the better decisions you’ll make. Take time to read about personal finance, listen to podcasts, attend workshops and take courses (we are here to help you with this) Start adopting these habits today, and by the end of 2025, you’ll thank yourself for the financial strides you’ve made. Know this - it’s not about perfection, it’s about progress! O3 Finance School is here to inform, guide and educate you, stick close!

  • It's no news that you need a solid plan to have THAT year you've envisioned financially. Here's a guide on how to translate The Dream into Reality. 1. Start with the Bigger Vision - Picture your ideal financial future. (Get visual inspirations/examples if you can) 2. Use the Vision as a guide to set your financial goals under the following categories: - Short Term - set your goals for the year 2025 - Mid Term - spanning 2-5 years - Long Term - spanning 5 years and above. (You can do as far as 10 to 20 years) 3. Keep SMART in mind as you pen your Goals down. They should be S-pecific, M-easurable, A-chievable, R-ealistic, and T-imeBound. 4. Your SMART goal should include: - Specific metrics to measure progress - Target Time-Based Milestones 5. Tying everything together, what kind of attributes will make you achieve these goals? 6. Go ahead to show up as THAT person each day. When it comes to finance, little drops indeed make an ocean. 7. Remember to track your progress and go back to the drawing board. We highly recommend having a monthly assessment. Now go take charge of your finances like a True Maven. Cheers.🥂 #financialfreedom #financialfreedomjourney
