Opolo Global Innovation Empowers Girls to Win National ICT Competition Opolo Global Innovation , a leading innovation enabler and incubator, celebrates the outstanding achievement of young girls from its Otan Ayegbaju Innovation Centre in Osun State These girls from Kidvarc High School, Iree, Osun State, triumphed in the South West Region of Nigeria’s National ICT Girls Empowerment Competition and will represent the region at the national finals in Abuja later this month. The competition, organised by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy promotes girls’ participation in #ICT by providing a platform for them to showcase their #creativity, #skills, and #innovative solutions. Opolo Global played a pivotal role in preparing the girls, registering multiple schools from Osun State. The team (Scholars) from Iree emerged as regional winners, impressing judges with their #innovative solutions and technical expertise. Dr. Segun Aina , Chairman of Opolo Global Innovation Limited, expressed pride in the team, stating, “At Opolo Global, we are committed to nurturing young talents and offering them a platform to explore their potential. These girls have proven that they can excel in ICT and become tomorrow’s innovators with the right support and guidance. We are confident they will shine at the national finals." As the finals approach, Opolo Global is enhancing the team’s presentation skills to ensure they perform confidently on the national stage.
