The onboarding session for Solana Allstars continued in Ibadan, Oyo State. The Polytechnic, Ibadan, was onboarded once again on July 13, 2024. During this session, students were introduced to various opportunities on Step Finance and Solana Blockchain. The session was filled with learning, earning, and fun activities. I had the opportunity to speak about our mission as an Allstars Ambassador and the opportunities that lie in Degen trading. If you are ready to learn, join an event in a city near you. We have a presence in major cities across Nigeria. I am passionate about onboarding new members to the Solana Foundation through Solana Allstars Nigeria in-person events. Blockchain has tremendous potential for Nigerian youth, and we must adopt this technology to change many lives. When the stars align, everything works out perfectly. When Solana Allstars Nigeria gather, we shine brightly. On the 18th of May, 2024, I hosted the African Crypto Festival at the Ark Event Centre in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The event was the biggest infusion of Blockchain and African culture, with over 1,000 people in attendance. Aside from being the logistics team lead in the group that planned and executed this awesome event, I was also the host for the day. Thrilling the audience while educating and entertaining them, and not long after the event started, I had everyone in stitches. The event featured various sessions, from introductions to wallet setup using Phantom and Decaf, to education on Step Finance. Various cultural groups wowed the audience with their impeccable moves. The magician had everyone on the edge of their seat, and Afrobeat sensations from Port Harcourt lit up the dance floor. Not forgetting the electrifying Dj Malony who rocked the Ark like it was flooding. The event came to a climax with a ₦100,000 raffle draw giveaway to one lucky winner. The African Crypto Festival was an incredible event, bridging Blockchain and African culture seamlessly and introducing many to the Solana Blockchain. Missed ACF24? Don't worry!
