About us
MAMA Initiative is a youth-led organization established to create a sustainable economy through credible empowerment programs and advocacy. Registered in Nigeria, it originally as (Makatiola & Friends) in 2010 which was a program developed to provide aid and basic needs in the little capacity of the founder ones every quarter of a year during his Birthday and/or Federal Government approved holidays. In 2017, with increased interest by friends, relatives and few NGOs and Youth led organization, it re-strategized and now focuses on advocacies of the SDGs and human capacity building mostly through vocational trainings with her interest in education, environment, healthcare improvement and economic growth theories. Registered on the 12th of March, 2018 with the corporate affairs commission, MAMA Initiative hopes to accommodate more initiatives and touch more lives.
