Job Title: Administrative Intern Location: Oregun Ikeja Role Overview: The Administrative Intern will provide essential support to the administrative team, assisting with day-to-day office operations, document management, and organizational tasks. This role is designed to give serving NYSC corps members hands-on experience in administrative functions, helping to develop organizational and professional skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general office operations, including managing files, records, and documentation. Support in scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and sending reminders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments. Help in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Support the admin team with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining databases. Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies and replenishing stock. Coordinate office activities, including booking meeting rooms and organizing events. Support in handling travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for staff. Qualifications and Requirements: Serving NYSC corps member with a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
