    🌎 Crowd sourcing of business opportunities outside of your organization might be the game changer for your company in 2025. How can you quickly bring in external ideas and problem solving capabilities to boost the productivity of your organization? 🎤 We discussed with CEO Dr. Peter Walde from MAPEGY and CEO Simon Hill of Wazoku how a data-driven approach, crowd sourcing and ecosystems can accelerate identifying business opportunities and how these can be turned into operations. 💡We all agree that an adaptable culture is of the utmost importance to build a future-proof organization. Technology advancements seem to enable the fusion of industries and already create new business opportunities. We also had a blast during our freeflow interview session to discuss and envision where this might take the industry…and our society. It was also great to meet with our business partner commercetools to discuss creating opportunities for our clients to support their business development by combining building blocks such as e-commerce and (data) intelligence with practical order fulfillment. Our first 90 days after founding 10 ops - The Opportunity Company, were beyond imagination and we were able to create a great basis for growth in 2025 with our partners for our clients. #10ops #opportunities #entrepreneurship

An incredible mix of experts in the field of innovation, marketing and HR from corporates, like 3M, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and several business schools, like the London Business School. The collective experience and possibilities to network and share are unmatched. It was a privilege to represent Mitsubishi Chemical Group together with Fumiko Uraki and Dr. Thorsten Kiehne. Key take aways: 1. Innovation is about people, whatever technology you use to support your team #AI. 2. Building an #adaptable workforce will be a key differentiator for the future. 3.
