Deze machine wordt ingezet voor projecten van het Lectoraat Kunststoftechnologie van Windesheim in hun additive manufacturing projecten. De aansturingssoftware is op maat gemaakt door S.K.M. Informatik GmbH, wat zorgt voor een naadloze integratie en optimale prestaties. A few weeks ago, we installed the Meltio robot cell at KMWE in the Brainport Industries Campus. KMWE's goal is to produce large metal parts with less waste. By first printing the near-net shapes using Meltio's Wire-Laser Metal Deposition Technology and then machining them, they can save significantly on machine time, tool wear, and metal waste.

De Meltio M600 maakt gebruik van geavanceerde blauwe laser technologie om metaal 3d-printing efficiënter en veelzijdiger te maken.
