𝟯𝗗-𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗹, 𝗵𝗼𝗲 𝘇𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗯𝗶𝗷 𝘂𝗶𝘁? 🔍 Objecten printen én nabewerken, het kan met de Haas CNC freesmachine met Meltio 3D print functionaliteit, die te vinden is in Factory NEXT op Perron038. Deze machine wordt ingezet voor projecten van het Lectoraat Kunststoftechnologie van Windesheim in hun additive manufacturing projecten. De aansturingssoftware is op maat gemaakt door S.K.M. Informatik GmbH, wat zorgt voor een naadloze integratie en optimale prestaties. With this state-of-the-art wire #metal3Dprinter robot cell, the Navy will be able to remotely print metal parts for repairs and enhance the durability of their technology, ensuring they stay ahead in innovation and efficiency. We are incredibly proud to see the Dutch Navy believing in and supporting Meltio's groundbreaking technology. A few weeks ago, we installed the Meltio robot cell at KMWE in the Brainport Industries Campus. KMWE's goal is to produce large metal parts with less waste. By first printing the near-net shapes using Meltio's Wire-Laser Metal Deposition Technology and then machining them, they can save significantly on machine time, tool wear, and metal waste.

De Meltio M600 maakt gebruik van geavanceerde blauwe laser technologie om metaal 3d-printing efficiënter en veelzijdiger te maken. Deze printer is ontworpen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van moderne productieomgevingen, met een focus op snelheid, energie-efficiëntie en een breed scala aan printbare materialen. In wire-DED-processen (Directed Energy Deposition) worden krachtige lasers gebruikt om draadvulmateriaal te smelten en af te zetten. Het gebruik van krachtige blauwe lasers biedt veel voordelen! 👉 **Betere metaalabsorptie:** Blauwe lasers zorgen ervoor dat metalen beter absorberen. Met een golflengte van 450 nm wordt meer laserenergie gebruikt om het metaal te verwarmen en te smelten, waardoor de afzetting sneller en efficiënter wordt. 👉 **Sneller, groener printen:** Stel je voor dat je metalen onderdelen met bliksemsnelheid kunt printen terwijl je het energieverbruik vermindert. Met snellere afzetting bij hetzelfde laservermogen printen we niet alleen sneller, maar ook slimmer, groener en met een verminderde ecologische impact. 👉 **Ontketende veelzijdigheid:** Zeg vaarwel tegen beperkingen. Blauwe lasers ontsluiten een breder scala aan printbare materialen door de lichtabsorptie te verbeteren. Dat betekent meer mogelijkheden, meer creativiteit en meer innovatie in elke print.
