The implant design is almost always improved after speaking with the patient. 4. Timely Manufacturing and Delivery: Once the design is finalized, we use PEEK, to manufacture the implant with high precision. 🌟 Geweldig nieuws voor 3D VSP! 🌟 We zijn trots om te delen dat 3D VSP een subsidie heeft ontvangen voor de digitalisering en automatisering van ons productieproces! Bij 3D VSP maken we op maat gemaakte chirurgische planningen en medische hulpmiddelen die de precisie en efficiëntie van operaties verbeteren. Met dit project zetten we een grote stap in de toekomst: we gaan onze handmatige processen transformeren naar een geautomatiseerde en digitale workflow. 💡 Wat betekent dit concreet? - Automatisch rapporteren van virtuele chirurgische plannen. - (Semi-)automatische segmentatie van anatomische structuren. - Geautomatiseerde accuraatheidsanalyses en implantaatontwerp. - Snellere doorlooptijden, hogere productiecapaciteit en constante kwaliteit. Met deze subsidie kunnen we ons werk voortzetten: de gezondheidszorg verbeteren door middel van precisie, innovatie en duurzaamheid. Het gebeurd in Noord Nederland! Deze week ons eerste PSI (patiënt specific implant) gebruikt bij een Le Fort I osteotomie. Door het gebruik van een PSI verkorten we operatieduur en brengen we onze virtuele behandelplanning nog nauwkeuriger over. Met dank aan 3D VSP voor de planning en samenwerking voor onze orthognatische chirurgie.

Last Friday, we had an exciting experience at the MKA Circus, organized by MKA Martini Ziekenhuis and Face to Face kliniek in Groningen, where we showcased some of the latest (and fun!) Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies we’re working with! We were thrilled to engage with so many visitors through our interactive VR game, immersing them in a fun and dynamic experience that demonstrated the power of virtual reality. But that wasn’t all, we also showcased our AR goggles, giving attendees a glimpse into the future of healthcare with our advanced virtual surgical planning solutions. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried on the goggles, and shared in the excitement!
