Celebrating the Season of Service: Highlights from Spain, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. American Tower teams across Europe united to support their communities during the Season of Service initiative, making a tangible difference in many lives. #Spain: Partnered with Asociación Mensajeros de la Paz to distribute food, clothes, hygiene products, and toys, and prepared meals for many families. Volunteers visited Family Centers in Madrid, delivering Christmas gifts and hope to vulnerable families. #France: Collaborated with MEDEF Hauts-de-Seine, Louis Mourier Hospital, and Secours populaire français des Hauts-de-Seine to collect and donate 60 gifts to underprivileged children, ensuring a joyful holiday season. #Germany: Organized a Gift Matching initiative. Employees from Ratingen and Munich donated to Tafel Deutschland e.V. and other local organizations, including vision:teilen and Stiftung Pfennigparade, providing hot meals and support to those in need. #Netherlands: Donated funds to De Regenboog Groep, supporting people with mental illnesses, poverty, addictions, and homelessness. This initiative was designed to prioritize the #health and #wellbeing of our employees, fostering a #culture that values balance, resilience, and holistic growth.  Through twelve engaging webinars led by John Ryan, we have explored science-based and practical strategies that have empowered our teams to take charge of their overall wellbeing. From sleep hygiene and coping with anxiety to healthy relationships and financial literacy, the program has been a testament to our commitment to elevating our people.  The results speak for themselves: a more energized, engaged, and collaborative team that is better equipped to thrive in today’s dynamic world.  We are proud of the incredible participation and the positive impact this program has had on our team and our business. UPDATE FROM GERMANY Wir freuen uns, die Einweihung unseres neuen Funkmasts in Bad Bentheim, Deutschland, bekannt zu geben! Die feierliche Eröffnung fand am 11. Dezember zusammen mit unserem Partner Telefónica Germany sowie Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Stadt Bad Bentheim, des Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim und des niedersächsischen Ministeriums für Wirtschaft, Bauen, Verkehr und Digitalisierung statt.  Dieser Mast schließt einen weißen Fleck und ermöglicht eine #4G- und #5G-Abdeckung für einen wichtigen Abschnitt an der Bahnstrecke #Berlin-#Amsterdam, sowie an der Autobahn #A30, dem Grenzübergang als auch dem Ortsteil Gildehaus und dem Gewerbepark Bad Bentheim.   Während der Einweihung waren unsere Kollegen Thomas Löckemann und Christoph Moosmüller eingeladen, zur Realisierung des Standortes und den technischen Details zu sprechen. We are thrilled to have participated in the Fundación Gmp Sustainability Forum in Spain. At a case study panel, American Tower engaged with industry leaders to discuss best practices for a greener future. Alejandro Kowalski highlighted our commitment to sustainability and shared how we are making a positive impact on the environment. He presented insights on our innovative sustainability initiatives, including: Our waste management platform, the Digital Communities global program, and our reforestation efforts across Europe. A special thanks to the GMP team, led by Silvia LLanes, for their incredible support and dedication, and to the panelists who joined us: Fernando Calancha Marzana from Hogan Lovells España, Joaquín de la Cuadra Navarro from Grupo AJE, and Ramon Perez Medina from Achilles Information Limited. This week at American Tower, we hosted our Global Sustainability Showcase, bringing together members of our Sustainability Committees to share their initiatives and achievements with our larger employee community. We are especially proud to highlight two success Europe stories from the event: 🌱 Waste Management Program 🌱 Paz Mateos Ruiz highlighted our waste management program being implemented in Spain. Through innovative strategies and dedicated efforts, the team has helped us significantly reduce waste and promote recycling within our organisation. This program has helped us minimised our environmental footprint. 🌳 Reforestation Program 🌳 Dragan Jovanović spoke about our European reforestation program. We have successfully planted thousands of trees, restoring vital ecosystems and enhancing biodiversity in Germany, Spain and France. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to a greener future and has made a tangible impact on the environment. A huge congratulations to the presenters, members of the Sustainability Committees, volunteers, customers, partners, and vendors who work collaboratively to make these projects come to life.
