2024 Ampleon Shanghai Family Day. On August 19, our Shanghai office transformed into a playground of curiosity and learning as we welcomed some very special guests—our colleagues' children! From exploring what a semiconductor is through a fun and engaging story by Oliver Zhai, to taking a tour of our labs and offices, these bright young minds got a glimpse into their parents' world of work. They even had their first experience looking through a microscope - who knows, we might have sparked the beginnings of future scientists! The day was filled with hands-on activities, like potting plants together and even brewing coffee, guided by our very own Grace Lu, who showed the kids the art of coffee-making. It was more than just a fun day - the kids left with new knowledge, new friends, and lasting memories. Our colleagues cherished the quality time spent with their families, and the office buzzed with energy and laughter.

Ampleon Philippines celebrates scholarship awardees and Balik-Eskwela graduates. In pursuit of continuous learning and development, the Graduate Studies Scholarship and Balik-Eskwela (Back to School) programs have been introduced at our site in the Philippines to support the education of our employees. The Graduate Studies Scholarship Program is available every two years for employees pursuing master’s or doctorate degrees. The Balik-Eskwela program, through the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), offers technicians, technical/production operators, and support group staff the chance to complete their BS engineering degrees in electronics, mechanical, and electrical. We applaud Malou Bigcas, Sharan Medel, Namp Nilli Batan, Emmanuel Manalili and John Karlo Samson who recently completed Graduate Studies Scholarship Batch 1 and Balik-Eskwela Batch 3. Their journey has been marked by new challenges, skill expansion, and a steadfast commitment to learning!
