It was a festive evening where our colleagues proudly showcased our sustainable building, high-tech machines, and their workstations to their loved ones. Colleagues gave personal tours of the workplace, sharing the stories behind their work. For our youngest visitors, there was plenty of entertainment with a dedicated play area, and everyone enjoyed delicious food and drinks. It was great to collaborate with GLS on the goal of improving working conditions for employees. This implementation marks not only the first step in a broader project to increase the efficiency of parcel processing but also the very first installation within the GLS Group worldwide. ‘’It assists our warehouse workers by taking over repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on other duties," said Tom Hartmans, ROSI’s Project Lead at GLS. "This makes their work more diverse and increases the overall efficiency of our processes."
