In October, we introduced the New Balance Run Room in the city center during the Amsterdam Marathon! This space served as a haven for runners to gear up, recharge, and connect. BAAS Events created the entire venue and activation, featuring a relaxation area, an afterparty, and a Recovery Shake Station offering protein shakes to both runners and the public. Two weeks a go, BAAS Events organized the exclusive premiere for The Penguin, the highly anticipated HBO Max series starring Colin Farrell as Oswald "Oz" Cobblepot, better known as The Penguin. For the event, we transformed Amsterdam's Tabacco Theater into the Iceberg Lounge, Cobblepot’s infamous nightclub and a central hub in Gotham's underworld. The immersive setting captured the dark, gritty atmosphere of the series, which will span eight episodes. The Penguin launched on HBO Max on September 19, taking viewers deeper into Gotham's criminal landscape.

Grey Day is an annual celebration by New Balance, held each May, to honor the brand’s heritage and its iconic grey color. This year, BAAS Events was tasked with designing and producing an event in Brussels. The pop-up ‘New Balance Grey Café’ hosted various activities and was open to the public during the weekend of the Brussels 20K city run.
Stellar Blade x Hongdae Happy Launch Day! On the 23th of April, we started a collaboration with Korean Streetfood bar Hongdae to celebrate the launch of Stellar Blade. From the 23th until the 29th of April Hongdae will be transformed to a Stellar Blade inspired setting. With a unique menu and an exclusive Tote bag to be obtained. To celebrate the launch of our collaboration, we hosted an event on the 24th and invited people to enjoy the setting, eat delicious food and challenge the in-game boss. Now that the game officially launched today, we can finally enjoy everything Stellar Blade has in store for us. To everyone at the event, thank you for joining. EIT Food, a leading European organization committed to innovation in the food sector, recently held their Employee Days in Amsterdam. The event featured workshops, team-building activities, and strategic discussions, fostering collaboration and innovation among their employees. BAAS Events managed the organization and production, curating a comprehensive three-day program that featured boat trips, dinners, presentations, show programming, and arrangements for hotel and travel logistics.
