De bamboe die wij in Europa planten is winterhard en kan temperaturen weerstaan tot -20°C. Bij de aanplant van jonge plantjes zijn aanhoudende vriestemperaturen te vermijden. Sporadische nachtvorst tot -5°C is echter geen probleem. Dit betekent dat de aankomende 2 maanden op veel plaatsen het ideale moment is aangebroken om bamboe aan te planten. "𝐓𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰" Each year we perform measurement tests in different fields on different locations. Valuable information, needed to make correct assesments towards processing and revenues. This one is in Belgium in a 13 year old bamboo field. The field was planted with 5 x 3 m planting rows.
