We are proud to be featured in the latest episode of the EHI - Association of the European Heating Industry Innovation Tour! This episode focuses on solar thermal technology. In the video, Oleguer Fuertes, the Group Product Manager-Solar at BDR Thermea Group, takes Federica Sabbati, the Secretary General of EHI, on a tour of various solar thermal panel installations throughout Lisbon. He explains how these panels work and their benefits. We are proud to contribute to the energy transition with our solar thermal solutions. Thank you, European Heating Industry, for having us and showcasing our heating solutions! #SolarThermal #EHIInnovationTour #SustainableFuture
EHI INNOVATION TOUR | #DiscoveringHeatingSolutions Our journey exploring innovative heating solutions continues! This episode takes us to Lisbon, where we witnessed how #SolarThermal is driving building decarbonisation. Solar thermal technology harnesses the sun’s energy to generate heat, making it an incredibly efficient solution for the building sector, where heat demand is the highest. Compared to photovoltaics, solar thermal panels can produce up to four times more energy for heat production. For a truly sustainable energy transition, key technologies must serve communities effectively. From sports centres to student residences, solar thermal meets the high demand for hot water and heating while reducing emissions. Its flexible installations efficiently adapt to fluctuating demand throughout the year - proving its value in supporting sustainable urban living. #MadeinEurope: Solar thermal stands as a bright example of European innovation, with 95% of production happening locally. As a net exporter, Europe plays a crucial role in advancing sustainable energy solutions globally. A big thank you to BDR Thermea Group and Oleguer Fuertes for showing us how Lisbon is embracing this clean, efficient technology! #EHIInnovationTour #EnergyTransition #BuildingDecarbonisation Gogoframes

BDR Thermea's Graduate Programme is designed for young talent to grow within the company. Our programme strengthens our community while our graduates become our future leaders or subject matter experts. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁: Piotr Gajewski, Junior Data Scientist 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲? I found the graduate programme to be an extremely valuable experience that significantly enhanced my technical and interpersonal skills. It not only broadened my understanding of the company and the industry but also enhanced my growth as a professional, preparing me to work more effectively. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀? The most impactful experience was my foreign assignment in France, where I learned about differences in corporate cultures and worked on a graduate project that involved cutting-edge technologies. These opportunities allowed me to make an impact, explore solutions, and collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲? The programme provided me with hard and soft skills, helping me understand team dynamics and project management. It also gave me the confidence to embrace new challenges, and the opportunity to network across the company.

It was an enriching experience! I was fresh out of university when I started the programme and still new to the workplace. The programme allowed me to analyse and apply concepts in the real world, often with cross-functional teams, so I could explore my interests while meaningfully contributing to impactful projects. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀? The programme was a wonderful experience but working with both the product management team in Preston and the graduate project team made it even more enjoyable and rewarding! From day one, the product management team was extremely supportive and instrumental to my professional and personal growth. I also had the privilege of spending a few months working within a different department, on projects that aligned strategically with my career goals. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲? It taught me how to approach challenges analytically and collaboratively. By working on varied projects, I sharpened my skillset and competencies. It also gave me hands-on experience in data and business analysis, product management and stakeholder management, all of which are essential to my current role.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 Gabriele Gonzales, 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥&𝗗 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲? I was able to meet and work with many people from all over the company. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀? Thinking back, the moments that stand out are actually the everyday moments of collaboration within my team. The times I worked together with my colleagues to solve a specific problem, to accomplish a common goal, were valuable experiences. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?
