ABOUT US BuildLogic BIM Specialist Company provides building services to clients who value diligence, resourcefulness and creativity in a partner. Our company is established in Utrecht, the Netherlands and we work with a professional team of Architects, Construction Professionals, BIM Specialists and Engineers. WHAT WE DO We work with a wide variety of clients across the construction industry, using technology to improve the process of designing, building and operating buildings. We are an independent member of the design or construction team, working with Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes to realise efficiencies, increase coordination and minimise risk and waste for our clients. BIM allows us to view every aspect now fully realized and in vivid 3D. Each change in design, scheduling or material is instantly available to every member of the building team from engineering and purchasing to plumbing and electrical. Even more important, it figures out how a proposed change will affect subcontractor costs and scheduling. HOW WE DO IT We use technology / software to create a single dataset, and then leverage that information to bring benefits to all parties. We use the latest software like Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling, planning, schedules, 3D rendering and process.
