Crosswise goes Kinshasa! 🇨🇩 The first of two training weeks at Silikin Village has been completed, and what a blast it has been. In the scope of the Nuffic Global Development TMT program, CWW’s Jip van Leemput and Sebastien, Charles BONNOTTE trained the team of the newest, biggest hub in Central Africa in ecosystem engagement, different approaches to making an impact, maximizing your Return on Energy, and collaboration and team dynamics. Two weeks of reflection, and then we are back for a week of one-on-one coaching, as well as roadmapping the next 3 years of innovation and growth at Silikin Village. The TMT in Kinshasa funded by Nuffic Global Development aims to increase the ability and reach of the dedicated Silikin Village staff to enhance the performance of the hub, increase the success of their entrepreneurship support activities and boost the linkages of Silikin Village in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
