[FIELDWORK IN COLOMBIA] The fieldwork is coming to an end!   Thanks to this field trip, Arturo Villarroya Carpio and Jiayin Luo had the chance to get to know the ins and outs of the detailed field campaign that will be carried out during the next year of the project. It was an opportunity for them to bring together the on-site experience and knowledge about sugar cane with the skills to work with and interpret time series of satellite data. [FIELDWORK IN COLOMBIA] 📣 Let’s follow the work of the Universitat d'Alacant team and C.I. AGROAP SAS in the Cauca Valley! Since Monday, our partners have been working on the field survey, the review of the methodology and the drill measurement. [FIELDWORK IN COLOMBIA] We are glad to give you some news from the DINOSAR project ! On Sunday 14th, two members of the University of Alicante arrived at Cali, Colombia to conduct a fieldwork study in the Cauca Valley.  Our partner Carlos Mosquera. Ing. Agrónomo. Esp SIG, MBA, Esp Agri. Precisión from C.I. AGROAP SAS is receiving Arturo Villarroya Carpio and Jiayin Luo a PhD student and a PostDoc from the UA team, respectively, both working on the use of SAR interferometry for crop monitoring. This first collaborative field study is marking a great step for the research, and it enhances the collaboration between America Latina and Europe.
